I am rejecting this response because:
HiI recently filed a complaint on 7/22/against Car Buyers Inc in LodiNew JerseyI wish to open the complaint again due to the fact that I stillhaven't received my tags for my vehicle or the refund that I was promisedIpurchased this car in May! I was advised by the response from the companythat this issue is being addressed and I have yet to even receive a phonecall regarding the statusI am beyond upset and this is the worst customerservice I have experiencedI'm requesting my tags be issued overnight aswell as my refund check which I'm entitled toThe only was I can getthrough to them is by the Revdex.com so I'm requesting a follplease.Thanks*** ***

The customer is from New York so we estimate the cost of the MV workonce we recieve an invoice for the registering of the vehicle, we then compute the differenceIf there is a customer balance we send that amount to the customerUnfortunately, it takes time after the MV completion to recieve the
invoiceand then we only do mv refunds once a monthon many occasions, these refund checks go uncashed for extended periods of timeSince I hadnt heard from the customer as of late, I never suspected he had not recieved his in the mailUpon reciept of this email ,I immediatly determined his initial refund check was not cashedI therefore have sent him a replacement check for the mv refund and verified the addressour check # is *** and was sent on10-10-This should clsoe this matter.htnak you

we are aware of the delay and have spoken to the customerthe events that have happened are issues beyond our control and they have been rectifiedthe plates are being done in washington state and will report on the results in the next few days

we had to wait for a dup title to be issued this was because of the customer changing states of registrationwe expect his tags to be in very soonmost likely within weekwe have no control over the process but based on experience, it should be resolved within this time frame

the customer requested *** plateshe decided to get *** plates which I was unaware ofwe will get the customer ** plates and absord the cost of a new title and a new service fee to supply themwe also changed the info for the bankthe customer should have done the Delaware reg and then
moved it to *** after completionthis was not our fault but we will accommodate the customerIt requires a lot of clerical and dmv work, so it will take a little time

I am rejecting this response
because:I have been in contact with the financing bank and my local DMV on a daily basis, and the vehicle still has not been registered yetAlso, the dealership has been unwilling to provide proof of the title for the vehicle, meaning that they still must apply for a lost/stolen vehicle title in the state of NY, which can take multiple weeksIf the dealership must still apply for the title or is currently applying for the title, then I can likely expect another month or two of waiting for my registration, meaning that I will have gone 5-months without a registered vehicle.

Customer purchased the car on 1-24-15. She used her marriedname and gave us a marriage license. We sent the paperwork to our agency thathandle[redacted]motor vehicle.They sent the paperwork up to Conn [redacted] .It was rejected because herlicense is still in her maiden name. We then tried to change her name...

at [redacted]using her marriage license, that was rejected. I then asked her to change hername to her married name at [redacted], the customer did not want to do that.  Since the back of the title was already filledout in the married name, we filed for a duplicate title. We had to wait 30 daysfor this process. After receiving the dup title, as requested, I used hermaiden name on all of the [redacted] paperwork. On Thursday of last week, I requestedthat I needed an insurance card in her maiden name to match the rest of thepaperwork. Once I have this, I can obtain her plates. this all could have been avoidedby the customer simply changing her license at Conn [redacted] since she is using her married nameor the customer could have used her maiden name from the start. Right now, allwe need is the insurance card and this whole matter can be resolved. I cannotdo anything else in this matter. The customer has to do it.

I am rejecting this response because:  I am waiting for a check to reimburse me for rental car and new battery since car died sitting for 3 months  even though it was started every day

the customer is partialy correct. we agreed to reimburse the customer for a week renting of car . when the title was picked up by customer they did not have a bill for the rental but had a reciept for a battery that they purchased. It happened to be for the same amount as the rental was to be adn they asked for a reimbursment for that. I said ok to that but I want it noted that I understand that they lost  time but it was not parked for three months and the batterty is not something that would be  our responsibility. we will be sending out a check immediatly

the titlewas rececieved by us from PA today, 10-21-15. This is the reason for the delay. The vehicle was a trade in from a PA customer. It had a lien on it so we sent the bank ( a small independant bank) the the payoff. The bank wated a very long time before they sent us the title. PA uses an...

electronic title system and when you payoff a car it then inserts the dealership as the lienholder even though you are not. We then have to have a lien release leter made and notorized idependantly from the dealers notory.Once all of this was completed, we then "flip" the title to the dealerships name so that we can subsequently transfer title to the new customer. I t was during the "flip" prosess that I, the business manager made an error  on the title document. The only solution was to file for a duplicate title in PA. I needed to use an agent to handle it because we are not a PA dealer. This transaction was to take a minimum of three weeks and maybe longer. It is complete now and the title is with the customer. this should close this matter. Thank you
