Temporary tag to expire soon, promised 3 times it would be checked on and I would be contacted, still no return call from dealer.
2008 Hyundai Azera purchased on June 22, it is now July 30. I still have no title, not permanent tag, no paperwork from tag office, nothing. Called dealer a week ago and was told the person that handles that part of the business had been out for a 'minute' (presumably weeks). Told it would be checked on. Called again this morning at 10:32 a.m. and told it would be checked on, I would be called back shortly, and my number was taken. It is now 5 p.m. which 6 1/2 hours later and that is not considered 'shortly' in anyones vernacular. Called again this prior to writing this discontented complaint and it goes to voice-mail. Lovely, you are Johnny-on-the-spot when I pay for the vehicle out-right, but you fail miserably afterwards and do not keep your word to check on the paperwork which should have been done by now, nor do you follow-up and return calls as you give your word that you will. This is the epitome of why people feel leary of dealing with car sales people, especially used card people. I can say that with no reservation as my father was one, but he NEVER conducted business in this fashion. I am tired of the run-around and failure to complete your end of the transaction in a relatively timely manner, and more annoyed at your lack of even keeping your own word. Did I bother to mention that my GPS was destroyed when the salesman placed my bag of personal items into my just bought car, accident as it were? Did he bother to offer a remedy, or make excuses about "I didn't throw it in there"? I will let you guess. Or that he removed one fuse to make the radio work, unknowingly not realizing that the one he removed was for my blinkers and brake lights? Ridiculous as it is, it only seems they are seeking to part you from your money and leave the rest to chance. I am contacting a lawyer and will leave the hassle to them to hash out as well as my lawyers' bill because I am through with this non-sense. Act like responsible reliable sale people, or don't but stop with the feeble excuses.

Desired Outcome

I would like a firm time frame on when I will receive my paperwork so I can get my tag and title. This has gone beyond long enough without the expected fulfillment on their end, no viable explanation, and now not even an answer on their phone. For the record, I checked the box marked "Are you willing to talk to the media regarding my concern" with a vehement YES!

Deception and waste of time.
My car was purchased March 2019. Ron was referred by my husbands friend. I purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2006, Upon buying my car I wasn't offered a warranty the car was a used car and Ron said a warranty wouldn't apply however Ron assured me that if there was any issues he would be sure to fix them..

They are a small business and I am all for giving people a chance but I couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted by the service I received. I tired working with them to no avail and at this point I know they have sold me on lies. 1st off I went to register my car for tags. Upon trying to pick up my tags I was told there was no emissions done on my car... In the state of GA its illegal to sell a car with no emissions... I had to pay for my own emissions I could have reported them, which honestly at this point I plan on doing. The car was sold in March 2019 the last emissions was done Feb 2018. I was upset and reached out to Ron to understand what happened... It was met with no response... The passenger *** window just stopped working shortly after.. It goes down but wont go back up.. Then there is the AC.

Our car was purchased when it was colder so there was no need for us to use the AC... Once May hit it was hot... We turned our AC on and it blew nothing but hot air... So we took it to get some coolant and the system charged. We found out the AC Line had a hole in it... We reached out to Ron, no response.. Called, left messages etc etc... We had to finally resolve to going to the DEALERSHIP... We were told they would fix it, they referred us to their mechanic... He said he would order the part and have it fixed in a week... That was in MAY... Its July and my car still isn't fixed.. I have been there on several occasions , spoken to Ronald Jr, the mechanic etc... They have told me they would fix it, I have text messages from the Mechanic telling me they agreed to fix it and buy the part.. It is 3 months later and my car still isn't fixed.. When we call no one answers when we go to there place of business the give us the run around. I called Toyota myself the part is in stock, even if they had to order it, it would take a week to get in not 3 months.. We are always being told they are working on it... Its a joke.. They have no intentions on fixing the car they sold to us with issues..

Desired Outcome

I wont my car repaired or reimbursement for the out of pocket repairs I have to make... They agreed to fix my car. The Mechanic they sent me stated it via text more than once. I kept a paper train once I realized they were playing me for a fool.

This unit was sold with no warranty since the finance company who approved this loan customarily does not approve warranties. During normal practices, we generally include a 60 day/2000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission. A/c and power windows would not be included. However, the ownership did agree to fix the window and attempt to repair the a/c. The part that was needed was a specialty part and due to the age of the car was slow getting to the dealer. The part is expected any day now and ccc will be glad to have it put on and Freon installed- the window can be fixed at the same time. As far as the emissions, We will be glad to reimburse our customer for the emissions check.

I was told this several times. I would like the company to please contact me with an ETA of repairs... It has been over several months with this so I would like this completed so we can both go on with our lives.

I purchased 2003 Honda Civic from whom I thought to be a private owner and then found out he was a dealer. I paid cash for the car,title, tag fees. Less than 2 weeks the car started running hot transmission is slipping. But thats not my main concern. It's been 60+. days and I still have no title and can't get a tag. Which the extension runs out today I have called tax commissioner there is nothing more she can do. They keep giving me the run-around telling me to call back Monday talk to this person, when asked for that person's direct line I was told they didn't have one.

Other (requires explanation) Honestly I feel decivced by the quality of the car. I am driving around with expired tag which could result in a ticket. And absolutely no decent communication from them I would like a refund and then they can take all the time they need to fix this title issue.

THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED AT CARSCARSCARSLLC. WE ARE OBVIOUSLY A CAR SALES LOT NOT A PRIVATE OWNER. ALL OF OUR CARS AE SOLD AS-IS UNLESS A WARRANTY IS PURCHASED. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHEN TITLING THE VEHICLE WITH THE STATES SYSTEM. ONCE THE TITLE WAS REJECTED, WE DETERMINED THE STATE SYSTEM HAD A MISTAKE IN IT, ONCE THIS WAS DETERMINED AND A FORM SUBMITTED FOR CORRECTION, AND THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIED OF THE NATURE OF THE DELAY, THE TITLE WAS COMPLETED BY THE STATE AND ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIED.

I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS FINDING A CAR THAT I COULD FINANCE. I STOPPED BY CARSCARSCARS AND SPOKE TO JEFF. I SAW THEY OFFERED GAURANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL AND INQUIRED ON THAT SINCE I KNEW MY CREDIT WAS NOT GOOD. JEFF ASK ME HOW MUCH I HAD DOWN AND TOLD ME THE PROGRAM I WAS INQUIRING ON WAS BASED ON DOWN PAYMENT- THE MORE DOWN THE NEWER CAR I COULD GET. I DROVE OFF IN A FEW HOURS WITH A 2000 SUBURARU FORRESTER. IT LOOKED GOOD AND RAN GOOD. THEY GAVE ME A 60 DAY MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION WARRANTY . I NEVER EVEN HAD ONE PROBLEM FOR 6 MONTHS- THEN I HAD A CALIPER FREEZE UP ON MY BRAKES. MY MECHANIC SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE 400 TO FIX. I CALLED JEFF HE GOT ME IN CONTACT WITH THE MANAGER AND GOT ME INTO THEIR MECHANIC- 200.00 ATER WAS BACK ON THE ROAD ADN THANKFUL THEY GOT ME THEIR DISCOUNT AND SAVED ME 200 ON THE REPAIR THAT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY EVER. I AM WAS TILD TO COME BACK IN A YEAR AND THEY WOULD TRY TO TRADE IT IN AND GET ME A LENDER TO FINANCE ME. I DONT THINK I WILL, THIS SUBARU IS ALMOST PAID OFF AT IT STILL RUNS LIKE A TOP.

I HAVE BOUGHT 4 CARS FROM THIS DEALER. THEY HAVE HONORED THE WARRANTY PROVIDED. MY FIRST CAR WAS A SUBARU BOUGHT WHILE MY CREDIT WAS BAD ( THEY DID NOT EVEN PULL IT) AND THEY SOLD ME A GOOD CAR AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I TRADED THAT IN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR LATER AND FINANCED THE OLDS WITH A FINANCE COMPANY. I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT MY WIFE AND MYSELF A CADILLAC AND LOVE THEM. I COULD HIGHTLY RECOMEND THEM AS AN HONEST AND TRUST WORTHY DEALER.

I traded my car in as a down payment with permission for lean holder and the car dealership returned the car to the lean holder
