I recently purchased a [redacted] Feb.21, 2015[redacted] report indcated no damages. Many parts broken or missing. Dry-rotted tires, front bumper brokI recently purchased a [redacted] Feb. 21 , 2015. I must admit that I did not completely check out this vehicle. I was informed that the [redacted] did not indicate any damages. After getting the car home, I have found numerous issues with this vehicle. The front bumper was broken and replaced at some time( I had to order a replacement also), the under splash shields were missing, the left front inner wheel liner was broken, the left under rocker panel supports were missing, the tires were dry rotted and had to be replaced and the right tie rod was worn and replaced. Also, the battery needed replacing and the rear inside hatch body trim was missing completely. I am very disappointed, not only with myself, but with the lack of information provided from the sales staff. Needless to say, I have had to spend about $1,200 on a car that was presented as no problems. I feel that your staff was not completely honest with this sale. Please call if you have any questions.Desired SettlementRepayment of parts necessary to ensure a safe driving car. This has totaled as of to date approximately $1200.00Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We contacted the customer regarding the purchase of the [redacted] and reimbursed the customer for some of the additional costs and problems that we were not aware of. Consumer Response I worked with [redacted] of Cars and Class Motors who agreed to send reimbursement for some of the additional repairs needed on the car. I do appreciate his voluntary assistance.Final Consumer Response

I purchased a [redacted] vin [redacted] back on 9/29/2014. Approximately 20 days after the purchase, severe damage signs showed on the vehicle. When coming back into the dealership to have the large repairs done, [redacted] told me if he even touched the car my extended [redacted] warranty would be void. Also I was told that the car was taken to a [redacted] Dealership for repairs/diagnostics 2 weeks before the purchase, but he never could provide me with the repair documents on the day of purchase. The day of purchase he changed his statement about it being at a [redacted] Dealership, to being at his personal mechanic he uses for the dealership. He reported this sale as an As-Is sale but unfortunately due to all the damages of the car, [redacted] warranty not wanted to pay full price for the parts they cover, the extra $800 put towards TRYING to repair unfixable severe damages, I am forced to get rid of the car for the safety of me and my 6 yr old. After doing further research in this vehicle through licensed mechanics, obtaining another [redacted] report along with his original he stapled and handed to me (which was missing page 5 of 5 pages), and as well as a [redacted] report. Evidence showed false reporting through him/his business, as well as falsifying the Damage Disclosure Statement he signed and provided me stating there are no damages. This car when sent to auction labeled as and reported to him as having SEVERE STRUCTURAL AND FRAME DAMAGE on 8/25/2014, then was sold to me on 9/29/2014. As a dealer I felt he knew that this car was unsellable for safety reasons. None of this was said to me at all in my paperwork or verbally. all he could repeat is that this was a "as-is" sale. But the dealership is not permitted to lie or otherwise deceive the buyer about the vehicles underlying condition and then hide behind an as-is disclaimer. I purchased this car at 9372.56 with warranty included, the car is not safe to drive and is not worth more then $2000, it will have to be used for parts only.Product_Or_Service: used vehicle/extended warrantyDesired SettlementI am asking for a buyback of the car for my full amount with the warranty, as well as the additional $800 in repairs. [redacted] warranty was purchased through the dealer. The warranty refused to pay for new parts and only wanted to pay for reused/remanufactured parts due to the condition of the vehicle, something that they assumed I knew. in addition [redacted] has picked this car up 3 times and I have made 8 attempts to try to fix the vehicle. Business Response We Cars and class motors have been communicating with the [redacted] and [redacted] regarding the complaint from the customer in which we had provided documents regarding the matter in which the customer had a warranty from a warranty company in which they also provided documents.
