[I do not feel that if I'm paying that much for seat covers I should not have to cut my own holes in them, especially since there would be no stitching around them and would make them more likely to tear, pull, stretch and wear out quickerI would suggest better customer service from the company]

Our seat covers are custom made to the make and model and the year of the vehicle. Also our custom seat covers are made to order and they do require AT LEAST 2 WEEKS to be made and we do have that information available on our website before they make their purchase. We have the pattern of almost any...

vehicle that there is and [redacted]s are one of the most popular ones since many people buy them every year. The reason this customer returned the seat covers was because there were no cut-outs for the headrest post. We leave the cut-outs to be made by the customer so that they can make as the cuts as big/small as they would like to. If there were any issues as far as any pieces of the seat covers not fitting as they should, then the customer should of taken some pictures and email them to us or she could of also called us so that we can make the replacement parts as soon as possible. However none of those actions were done by the customer. If she had any questions/concerns as to how to install them or make the headrest cut-outs she should of called our customer service line and they could of provided her with either videos which we have on our Youtube channel or also pictures but we have no records of the customer ever calling to ask for help. We can not waive the restocking fee because these are custom made seat cover which is nearly impossible to resell.

Review: My wife and I ordered car seat covers for a new vehicle we purchased back in September. We received the covers but they were not what we ordered and were not correct for the vehicle. After delayed emai responses we finally spoke with a representative who said they will send us new covers and once we received them we can send back the originals. Weeks and weeks went by with no new covers, we spoke again with the company and they said we had to send back the original car covers first. So we did, and more than 2 months later we have not received anything. Finally, we requested a full refund otherwise we would take this compalint to the Revdex.com and contact our credit card company for a charge back. This refund request was made January 7th and on January 22nd they said they would refund the money. Here we are February 9th, no refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all monies paid to company.

Review: The company does extensive advertising that it sells custom car covers, however it does not actually provide a custom car cover. They provide a generic car cover. I clicked their link to "custom car covers." It asks for make, model, year and body type. (I am not including here that specific information in case it is considered identifiable.) I accurately keyed in those factors and was provided with a product description which claimed they were selling a car cover specifically designed for my specific car make, model, year and body type. I paid the price requested for the product that had been specifically designed for my car. I put the car cover they sent on my car and noted it did not fit the car. In addition the sewing was so poor that it had holes. I double checked the invoice and called the company. The customer service rep told me that the car cover was not supposed to be custom. Even though I clicked the link for custom car cover and provided all the info requested- model make year and body style, the company did not mean the car cover would be custom. By stating that the car cover was "specifically designed for my car, make, model year and body style they did not mean it was custom unless they used the word custom in the description. This company has implied they are selling custom car covers by providing a link called "custom car cover" then requiring make, model year and style. The reasonable consumer would not know that "specifically designed" does not mean "custom" There is nothing on their website warning you that "specifically designed" is a term of art and you are not ordering a custom cover as their ads claim they provide. Furthermore the product is poorly made since mine has a hole. The customer service rep asked for me to send a picture and they might send me some glue to repair it. This "specifically designed" but not custom term of art is a deceptive practice verging on fraud. Generic car covers are under 1/3 of the cost of these coversDesired Settlement: I would like to return the item and receive a complete refund of my money. That means a complete refund of my money spent for the product as well as the cost of return shipping. A review of their website suggests that they may or may not charge a 20% restocking fee. The customer service rep did not mention this fee, but I would not want to be charged a restock for their deceptive practices.

Review: I ordered seat covers for 2013 [redacted]. I contacted them about a week after placing the order to have an email address added to my order so I could check the status to know when to expect my order, the person I spoke with told me it was taken car of and I would receive an email when my order shipped with a tracking number. A little over a week later I had not received any emails from them, and was still unable to check the status, so I called again, and was told that the first letter of my email was capitalized and that must be the problem as to why I can't check the status online, however my order had been shipped and I had not received a tracking number. The two times I called the person on the phone was not very friendly. I received my order a couple days later and when I put them on the seats there was no holes on the back seat cover for th head rest to go through, I called and requested an RMA number and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee, after I told him they were not made right, he asked if I still wanted to return them, again unfriendly. I don't feel that I should have to pay a restocking fee, for something that was not right from the factory. I will not be ordering from this company again, or ever recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would just like my FULL refund and return shipping costs.

Review: I purchased a cover for my car, only to be assigned to Korea as my next duty assignment. Rather than pay $10K + in payments & insurance, I sold the car. I then contacted Carscover.com ([redacted]) about returning the car cover. After paying out of pocket to return it on / about 18 May, I have yet to receive a refund. On 4 June, "[redacted]" informed me my refund would be applied "immediately". To date, no transactions from Carscover.com have taken place and repeated attempts to contact Carscover.com to resolve the situation have failed.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Mr. [redacted] has been refunded already. He will see the amount back into his account within 3 days and email would of been sent to his email address however we do not have his email on file therefore we could not send that email as proof that his money is going back to the account. The process was done on 7/14/14 for the amount of $69.95 which is the price of the item he had returned. If there are any question feel free to email us @ [redacted] or call us @ [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY in that I received the payment (finally). I do not appreciate that (1) it took Revdex.com reaching out to CarsCover.com (twice) before they finally refunded the money (see payment confirmation of 15JUL) and (2) that they stated they did not have an email on file for me (see email chain & FB attachments showing numerous electronic communications between CarsCover.com and I).

That said, thank you (Revdex.com) for assisting me. I do not believe I would have received the refund without your assistance. I do not intend to do business with them again.
