contract and coverage enclosed.Cars & Credit, LLC does not have its own repair facility, we use outside reputable repair shops.On December 26, 2017 Mr. [redacted] called and spoke with John [redacted]; Assistant Managerstating that his vehicle would not start and wanted us to help. He claimed that he could notafford the repair cost as it was not a covered repair by the service contract quoted by[redacted]. Cars & Credit LLC offered to help by refinancing his loan by paying forthe repair and adding those costs into his loan. So in fact he would be paying for these repairsin his bi-weekly car payment over the course of his loan. The car was towed to [redacted]Automotive in [redacted] (phone [redacted]) on December 26, 2017. Theychecked the vehicle and told us that the fuel pump was not working and had to order one. Ittook a while for the part to get there, then we received a call two weeks later and they told us itwas not the fuel pump, that it had a electrical problem that they would have to trace the wiresto find out what was wrong. Another week went by and we called to find out what the progresswas on the vehicle. They told me they found the problem was the wiring harness and theywould have to order one and it was going to be weeks before it came in.
