By far the worst business everI purchased a ford explorer from [redacted] and pointed out several things wrong with the vehicleCheck engine light was on even during test driveTold him about it and said it was no big deal, probably a code that they couldn't resetEven though the vehicle came with a warranty he gave me the run around until warranty ran out and never fixed the problemI took the vehicle to reputable car shops, to be exact and have the vehicle hooked up to a scanner which showed me the vehical was in such bad shape that it wasn't even worth being fixed money wiseTransmission was no good and even with a year warranty on the transmission he still won't fix itThe vehical was never inspected before I bought it cause if it was they payed to have it passedThe whole muffler system is no goodCadillac converter has holes in it, missing spare tire, set belts broken and sold that way, all types of electrical problemsTruck was a total loss
This place is a major scam! Went in with my wife to purchase a car. Fast talking [redacted] negotiated a price with us which was to include tax, tag, and title, charged my card for the amount. Had us fill out paperwork very quickly, didn't explain anything. He told me that the tags and paperwork should be in a few weeks, they would call me to come pick it up. A few days later, I see an additional charge that was rung up for $100.00. Emailed him to question about why an additional charge. Said it was for fees, and would apply it to my tag?!? Emailed Mr. [redacted] a few weeks later to see where my tags are, and was told he would mail it out to me. Days go by, and nothing. Emailed again, and no response. Called him, and said that he would make sure they are in the mail that day. Again nothing. Called and spoke to another lady who said a balance remained, and I said what? There shouldn't be a balance from what we negotiated. Spoke to Mr. [redacted] again, and he lied about the fees. Then offered to split half the fees. Went in again to get the tag, and they tried yet again to up the price. Steer clear of them. They are scammers at the best!!!
