Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Bottom line, I was sold on the fact that it was a good running vehichle and it was notAfter realizing I had been miss lead I gave the dealer the opportunity to fix the problemHis idea of “repairing” the problem cut lots of corners and would have lead to greater problems in long termI wanted the repair done properlyThe dealer wanted to re-use old and contaminated parts throughout the repair, specificly the timing belt and water pumpHis idea of a repair was completely unacceptable and also unprofessionalHis warranty is a hoaxHe gives no terms until after the fact, and also advertises with a legitamte warranty companyBe very aware! He did not inform me I would be charged for labor costs at allSpecifically told me I would pay for parts and waits to mention nearly $in labor costs until after the job was completedThreatens me, holds the keys to my vehichle over my head while insulting me infront of my family because I was confused about his misleading terms and suprise repair cost after giving him full price for the lemon he sold me, with a fake “warranty.”Dealer is dishonest, shameless, and unprofessionalDoes a good job of hiding everything at first but really is greedy and a liarI will never do business here again and would like to let everybody know to stay away from this business

HI we have the car on our rental line for months with out one single problem I did personally drove the car many times .car was sold AS-IS they still didn't pay for last payment + interest Thank you***

Hi this way to much after all the time they own the car,they did agree and buy the car AS-IS I don't have any records for them to show the what we did.The car was in *** maui for diagnostic for timing belt set up.they did't do anything for me at all !!!! I am
shock how they can say the was unsafe to drive ?,when they did't do nothing at all to my car ? ,that must be some good local connection obviously not for me !Thank you for your help.I will be on vacation from tomorrow till 06/30/15,***

My issue is not the condition of the carMy issue is that I am unable to trade this car in for a new car because you will not provide me with service records on what you repaired on this car after taking it in for a diagnostic tests where a reputable dealership informed you that the car was labeled "unsafe to drive" and you acknowledged that you knew thisI have the paperwork from *** *** stating thisYou say you fixed it but did not keep any records? Arent you required by state law to keep records of any repairs done to cars you sell for a certain amount of timeI am not satisfied with your response and would like either service records to take to *** to prove you fixed the repairs needed or since you cannot provide these records, I want you to buy back the loan from the lender

His warranty is a hoax. He gives no terms until after the fact, and also false advertises with a legitamte warranty company. Be very aware! He did not inform me I would be charged for labor costs at all. Specifically told me I would pay for parts and waits to mention nearly $700 in labor costs until after the job was completed. The car - toyota tundra 2001 - was sold to the customer with 3 months (or 3000miles warranty). The warranty covering only mechanical issues and the repair expanses are split 50/50 in between the customer and the dealer. By law I dont have to provide warranty,..I give an extra care  to my...

clients to make everybody happy. This car was discounted and was sold with 150.000 miles with warranty.customer returned to the dealer within a week with complain regarding the oil leak which was caused by leaking oil seal.. despite of the problem - which was not a mechanical issue (that would be covered by the warranty), I agreed on fixing it. Customer also asked additionally for changing the timing belt and water pump. Average price to change both of these in random mechanical shops is in between $1500 - 2000. We ordered the parts to save money to the customers..it arrived within 10 days from mainland..(in order to give him the best possible price).. then I scheduled  him in our very busy schedule to first possible option. I did all I could to save the customer money,..I did way far than I did have to...It was problem in miscommunication, (i shouldn't expect the customer won't understand that if he ask for an extra work, he has to pay for it..) One more time,..I don't have to provide any warranty (its only my good will),..according the Hawaiian law all the used cars are sold "AS IS".. I am doing my best and I have very many happy and returning customers. Unfortunately there will be always customers expecting services for free..

I like to provide honest feedback to people I can help in the future. I'm an Airforce Veteran going to school on the island and made the unwise choice of purchasing from Rudy Aka CARS 4 LESS. Everything started off bumpy I should have gone elsewhere. After only a week of purchasing a truck, it died in the middle of the road with my daughter inside. No warning just died. I called Rudy to ask if he knew of any potential mechanical issues that he may have neglected to tell me, his response, "What you expect? It said As Is" at this point I feel disrespected. That wasn't what I asked. I mean completely rude about everything. He expects you to hold up your end of the deal but is a complete fraud. He said he would send me his mechanic but it will be a $50 minimum charge. This guy has zero interest in anything except hustling the hard working locals. He even talked negatively about one of his other customers in front of me. I really should have not given him my time or money. Save your money and buy from someone else.
