To who it may concern we are writtig to you to explain what's going on with the case # [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] We sold this vehicle with a three month warranty from AUL complimentary (for free) it covers only internal issues (not tire pressure) on the other hand the customer signed due bill sold as isNo promise work to be done on that car on day of saleThey signed the buyer guide in english and spanish both as isWith all this we have tried to get a hold of the customer for days to see if we can work something out to show good faithMaybe go half and half on fixing the issue even though we don't have toWe worked with the customer giving them weeks to come up with the down payment we will fax over English and Spanish buyer guide(Business Response.pdf)
