In response to [redacted], we were absolved  of wrongdoing by the Missouri Attorney General due to Ms. [redacted]' falsified documents, false claims and unreasonable solution requested as no dealer can return the purchase price of a cash vehicle bought 6 months previously.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The response is untrue and slanderous towards me.  The Missouri General's office deem there to be insufficient evidence, not that I falsified documents. They also felt that too much time had passed.  C.A.R.S accused me of falsifying documents, but that was not the case.  The mechanic at Smart Auto wrote on my copy of the inspection form after they had made a copy for their records, hence when C.A.R.S. got a copy from them what I had submitted to the MO Attorney General's office and the copy they got differed.  It was not found that I falsified any documents, just that there was insufficient evidence to further pursue the case.   Also, the warranty company that C.A.R.S. used and sold me at the time of purchase; [redacted]; is currently involved in a class action law suit for misrepresentation of facts ---  Just like C.A.R.S. did with regards to Full Disclosure of the vehicle I purchased from them.  I was told the engine had been replaced, but not with one from a junk yard.  Hence, FULL DISCLOSURE as per MO law, did not occur. Which is why I contacted the MO Attorney General's office to begin with. Lastly, I am extremely bothered by the fact that it has been almost 2 years since my initial complaint.  This was resolved by the MO Attorney General's office in October of 2016.  I feel the lengthy delay to respond from C.A.R.S. the self proclaimed Christian car lot on the hill in Liberty, MO is a lame attempt at trying to clear up a negative complaint.
