In reference to the enclosed complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com dated October 05, 2015, I would like to state my response on behalf of Cars Less in the following lines: Cars Less sold the [redacted] on 08/10/to the customer "AS IS" with no warranties whatsoeverThe customer checked the car thoroughly and took it for a test driveThe customer seemed pretty satisfied with the vehicle after the test drive and asked for a discountAfter negotiating the price, Cars Less offered a discount of $which was happily accepted by the customer and the deal was closedCars Less absolutely denies the accusation that states we were deceptive at the time of saleCars Less clearly displayed the Buyers' Guide for Used Cars on the window of the vehicle offered for sale which clearly states that the Vehicle is sold "AS IS" with all the possible defects that it might have, including rust on the frameFurthermore the customer signed on three different documents at the time of sale taking full responsibility for the vehicle and any repairs that it might need subsequentlyTherefore, despite our number one goal being customer satisfaction, Cars Less at this point is not in the position to offer any refund for the sold car especially when it was sold "AS IS"I have enclosed the documents that were signed by the customer at the time of sale and they explain the "AS IS" term very clearlyI hope this addresses your questions and concerns regarding the complaint
