The car was sold as-is and Ms. [redacted] signed a federal buyers guide AS IS document  and an AS IS document from Cars Plus Credit stating she accepts all responsibility for any repairs on the automobile. We offer a 3 day buy back for mechanical problems to our customers. Ms. [redacted] called me on the 17th of february to tell me she had a problem.She was quoted a price of 1323 dollars from a car dealership, we offered Ms. [redacted] to repair the car for 400 dollars. Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2005 acura from Cars Plus on nov 3rd 2015.  The title to her acura was issued by mistake to another customer [redacted] who also purchased a 2005 acura. Unfortunately the license bureau did not catch the mistake and actually registered Ms. [redacted]s title to Ms. [redacted]s car....

Ms [redacted] was notified of the mistake and was offered a full refund at that time, which she declined. Throughout the last several months we have relentlessly tried to obtain the title from the state of Mo. Dept. of Revenue.  Ms. [redacted] has also been in contact with the state and relayed to us that she wanted to continue to wait for the title. I have offered her a full refund of $8000 dollars or a different automobile every time we have spoke. Each time she declines. At this juncture Cars Plus is at the mercy of the Mo. Dept. of Revenue to obtain the title. I Believe it would be in the best interest of both parties to provide full refund to Ms. [redacted]. We have done everything in our power to rectify this problem. I have apologized to ms. [redacted] that this mistake was made and have tried to accommodate her in every way possible. I am asking her to return the car for a full refund as we have so many times through the course of this problem.[redacted]Cars Plus Credit
