got a car from this location asked if he reports credit because I was trying to establish my creditwent to car lot around late Feb. early March 2015. to get a 2001 [redacted]. before I got the car I looked at it asked Mr. [redacted] if he would report the credit bureau he states yes every 6 mths. I've never missed a payment always on time thinking he would do what he said, so now I currently down to owing $1,549.00 from $6,000.00 I paid by card and have most of my receipts. now I'm trying to purchase another car from another location thinking my credit is good enough to get another car I fill out a app. for another location I was only approved for a low amount and cant get then car that I want because he lied to me to sell the car.Desired Settlementall I am asking is for him to send a credit report Business response:We have been in business since 1990. Not once have we ever requested a credit report on any customer or have we ever filed a credit report on any customer. We are small, do our own financing, and opted not to use this service because of the cost.Ms [redacted] pays like clockwork and is an excellent customer. The salesman said he never told her that and I have never heard him say that to other customers. I am very sorry that she is upset and will offer to give her a letter regarding her excellent payment history for her to use. She did sign an arbitration agreement (we use [redacted] software to we can maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines).
