We at Cars R Us Pre-Owned are still trying our best to resolve this issue. We are unable to fix anything if they will not schedule to bring the vehicle here. [redacted] wrote the response that they are calling falsely written by "him", whom I am assuming they are referring to my husband, who has nothing to do with any of this. I am the one that they are referring to as "the secretary" who [redacted]poke with, but if she were writing the letters to the Revdex.com would know that I am not only the "the secretary" but co-owner who assisted her on her date of purchase. I have assisted [redacted] [redacted] throughout this process in any way that I can. I have spoken with [redacted] twice since receiving the first letter that her grandson submitted, my exact words to her were that we were unaware of any issues but would be glad to help, she did not mention any problems at that time. I spoke with her the second time on 3/21/2016 when she came to pick her hard plates and again no mention of any problems. I am attaching a copy of the warranty signed by [redacted] and a price list of what it would have cost for the work to be done at our lot, had we been notified of this before the Revdex.com made us aware.

plates were in yet, she was completely unaware that a complaint had been filed and stated her grandson had the vehicle and that "he was just a hothead". Her husband did not file the complaint. Their grandson has the vehicle per they have their own to drive on a daily basis. I then informed her that if she was having any issues with her vehicle I would be glad to fix them. Again she never mentioned any problems. This came about by us selling a car to [redacted] after their son purchased one from us and was very pleased with our dealership so he brought his parents here to purchase a 4x4 vehicle for winter. We had never seen her grandson until he pulled onto our lot cursing us out before we even spoke to him or had a chance to look at the vehicle because we were very busy at the time. So after speaking to [redacted] and her confirming that she nor her husband filed a complaint we feel that this is a fraudulent claim. We are still willing to work on any problem the [redacted] may be having with their vehicle even though it is passed its warranty but request that Mr. [redacted] be here to explain what we can to do help.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My grandson filed the complaint on my behalf. All of his statements were falsely written. I am as is my wife are both aware of the files complaint. She did not say any of the things that appeared in the letter. She never spoke to anyone except a secretary the day she inquired about the license plates. Feel free to call [redacted] to speak to [redacted] about this issue. I the grandson [redacted] filed the complaint on their behalf and they were both aware and neither have the ability to do it themselves. I did not curse, all I stated was that the state of the vehicle I felt that they were cheated. He is the one who cursed and was seething mad stating he didn't have to fix anything. I said that's fine and I left. Explaining the situation to [redacted]d and they agreed a complaint should be filed. [redacted] like I said did not talk to the salesman. So he has fraudulently made up a story. Feel free to call [redacted] to talk to [redacted]. I am filing this response sitting with [redacted] as I type. My name is [redacted] and I do not appreciate having someone take advantage of my elderly grandparents then lying about what occurred.
