Mr [redacted] was told by [redacted] that the was a cash price on the internet He could not pay cash so the vehicle was financed for him and because of his credit rating , the interest was fairly highThis was all discussed with him and he knew once he was told that it was a cash price that it would be whatever the lender was going to charge him The figures were disclosed to him as well as what his payments were going to be, and when they would be dueHe agreed to everything [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That was not what I was told and that is not what we agreed uponThe car salesman [redacted] said nothing about thisI was quoted $6,I went back to the lot and talked to ***He response was," I don't know where she got those numbers from." I was manipulated [redacted] ***

The customer stated they had to pay down and that was the basis the lender approved her loan with her credit score The customer never would bring the down payment when asked and coming to set up loan It was clear to us she did not have the down payment and was trying to work
the loan for less and the lender would not approve the loan with less So we did tell her she needed to go somewhere else We are not a buy here pay here car lot We have to submit to financial institutions and they approve based on a persons credit history, salaryand job timeWe tried to explain over phone but as you talked to her she tried to talk over you I did tell the woman you will need to go buy a car somewhere else because we were not going to be able to satisfy her with the purchase from us
