Approximately 30 days later customer called with a complaint that vehicle needed 1000.00 in repairs and wanted Cars To Go to reimburse but no description of repairs or receipts.We always offer our cost to customers through our networks for repairs at substantial savings. It is a service writers job at a repair facility to sell a job.Quite often repairs are not as severe as made out to be.We do our best to identify any obvious defects and repair item.Customer did not bring anything to our attention at time of sale nor upon first contact.Cars To Go inc. stand is vehicle was within industry standards of safety for a used vehicle with 132,000 miles.Cars To Go inc has an outstanding reputation after 15 years of selling pre owned 100,000 plus mile vehicles.That does not happen by accident or by implications by complainant.Sincerely Cars To Go inc
