[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response is untrue and slanderous towards me The Missouri General's office deem there to be insufficient evidence, not that I falsified documentsThey also felt that too much time had passed C.A.R.S accused me of falsifying documents, but that was not the case The mechanic at Smart Auto wrote on my copy of the inspection form after they had made a copy for their records, hence when C.A.R.Sgot a copy from them what I had submitted to the MO Attorney General's office and the copy they got differed It was not found that I falsified any documents, just that there was insufficient evidence to further pursue the case Also, the warranty company that C.A.R.Sused and sold me at the time of purchase; [redacted] ; is currently involved in a class action law suit for misrepresentation of facts --- Just like C.A.R.Sdid with regards to Full Disclosure of the vehicle I purchased from them I was told the engine had been replaced, but not with one from a junk yard Hence, FULL DISCLOSURE as per MO law, did not occurWhich is why I contacted the MO Attorney General's office to begin withLastly, I am extremely bothered by the fact that it has been almost years since my initial complaint This was resolved by the MO Attorney General's office in October of I feel the lengthy delay to respond from C.A.R.Sthe self proclaimed Christian car lot on the hill in Liberty, MO is a lame attempt at trying to clear up a negative complaint Regards, [redacted] ***
