Our advertisement was based on a certain amount of down payment not including taxes, registration and dealer fee and that was explained to the customer well before signing the contractThis customer purchased a warranty that cost $1,which covers her bumper to bumper for two years or for 25,miles and its effective immediately from the time of purchaseAll what was mentioned above adds up to her total amount provided in the complaintThe car was sent to the shop after the customers complaintService was completed and an appointment was scheduled for an issue that required a dealer partOur customers satisfaction is our goal NOTE: We were informed by the customer that she has dropped the complaint
