the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! manager / owner NEVER available they don't have an accounting deptpartment - they ALWAYS overcharge or charge when you don't use their servicethey WILL NEVER return your calls - overall TERRIBLE !!!! SCAMMERs - Customer BEWARE!!!!

We have a corporate account with Cars Coand have been customers of this company since In the past when we have encountered problems they were always amicably fixed, until now On March *** of this year we scheduled a reservation with Cars Coto pick up the founder of our firm on March *** at 5:45am and drive her to the airport for meetings she was scheduled to attendOn the day of the pickup, she did not receive the notification when her driver was on the site and ready for her to meet him outside So after waiting another few minutes and being mindful she had to make her flight and the car may leave thinking she was a no show She went outside to see if the driver was on the site and maybe just forgot to notify his dispatch office he was there so they would know to notify her, but no driver was there

Review: When I originally made the reservation to use CarsCo.com for Saturday, May **, I was quoted the basic rate of $26 online from my apartment to EWR, and was sent the confirmation with that rate. I then got my bill on Monday, May **, and was charged a basic rate of $69. I called and talked to someone at the 1-800 number, they said that amount initially confirmed on the web site was incorrect, and they sent me a second confirmation with the correct rate after this, however I never saw it because I already had a confirmation in hand, and who would look at a second confirmation for the same thing? Plus, nobody ever called to tell me there was a problem with the rate I booked under. I would have never booked at this rate, I only tried their service because the rate I was given was $26. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD THAT THEY ARE STILL CONTINUING. Not only did CarsCo quote me a price of $26, sent a confirmation with that amount, and then billed me at a higher rate, I just recheck the web site the minute I hung up after questioning the rate change and being told it was an error on their web site, getting a quote for this Saturday coming up, same pick up time and location, going the same place, and guess what, I got the same $26 rate again. I've printed this out for my records.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the difference between the billed rate of $69 and the rate I was quoted of $26, which would be a $43 refund. And I would like the Revdex.com to keep an eye on them as this is clearly a shady company.

Review: On 2/*/15 I took this cars service to the airport. I made the arrangement on the telephone to go only one way. While enroute the driver asked me if I wanted a return trip after I picked up my granddaughter. I told him I did not want to make a plan in the event there was a delay. He assured me I would not be charged any additional fees if that were to happen. The amount was going to be 74.11.He called his dispatcher and I arranged to have the return service. Although a tip was included in the fair I gave the driver an additional tip. He appeared disappointed in the ten dollars I gave him and said something to the effect he could charge me wait time. He asked me for my credit card which I did not give him because I had provided all of the information to the company. I got out of the car with my granddaughter. I received a bill for 94 dollars from the company for the return trip when the amount should be 74.11.Desired Settlement: The driver of the vehicle was dishonest about the fair. I want the company to know how he handled this and I expect them to refund me the overage.
