I was contacted by a sales rep for this company after they saw my add on [redacted] I was told they would like to take care of selling my RV for a fee of $I indicated that I was working on a sale of my own and did not require their services at this time, I would call if I wish to deal with themThe sales rep has called me every day since, I have placed a block on his number but he continues to this day call and leave a message on my answering service I contacted the owner and President Greg [redacted] requesting that he have Matt stop calling me as it has developed into daily harassmentGreg has not responded and Matt continues his harassmentThis is no way to run a business STOP the harassment Matt, stop calling meIf there was any chance I would use your company to help me sell my unit it is now gone
This company does not do what it says it will doThey said they would place my add on all these sites and I would have access to themI looked at all the sites they told me they had my trailer on and most were not even on the sites and the ones that were I could not access as they advertised it wrong (which was dealt with)The part that has not been dealt with is the mis leading information on having my trailer for sale on alls those others sites is a lie and I have trying to contact them and no answerI asked for a refund as they have not done what the contract says they would do and I have heard nothing
I received a call from Matt W*** of RV/Car sellers telling me about the service they provide to help sell campers fasterHe stated that my camper advertisement would be posted on all the major selling websites and that he would re-word my ad and make it more presentableMatt failed to do any of these as he basically took my money and then I could barely get a hold of him again when I noticed that my ad was only posted on a handful of no name websitesHe had assured me that everything would be posted to ***, and *** and be made to be noticedNone of Matt's statements were true and after trying to reach him several times to find out why they weren't being posted on the more popular websites I still have no answer and an expensive bill that isn't helping sell my camper any faster as promisedMatt is all talk and no show, he gets your money and then he moves onto the next personI was very wary at first and it took me a week to finally give in, thinking that he would del

I signed up for their service Wednesday, August 16th, and received an email receipt with userid, password and login link, but the link does not work In their agreement, it states that I have full responsibility for content of the ad, because I have access to edit it, but I do not have that access I have emailed the address given three times, and called and texted the sales person all without response Because of this, I no longer want to do business with this company, and feel that they have misrepresented their service On Friday, Aug 18th, I emailed and asked for a refundI believe I am entitled to cancel this contract within that time frame
