[redacted] Credit. During the course of loaning being process through verification , Ms. [redacted] was asked to provide certain documents to complete her missing stips, like prove of income, Prove of Residency. Ms. [redacted] couldn't provide such documents to the bank, they called her couple of times and including the [redacted] Credit Bank manager to see what they can do to help. Instead she made a complaint against him to his corporate  office. Carsmart  Auto Gallery asked her to return the vehicle or provide such documents, when Ms. [redacted] failed to do so, ignored our phone calls. The owner of Carsmart Asked to repo the vehicle. But later that week on  03/28/2016 we switched her lender to [redacted] Funding Inc. We also, added a co-buyer to the loan. Because she had challenged credit. This time around during the verification process she provide a letter from SS office with the co buyer Social Security Number. when it was verified by the Lender, it belonged to a deceased person. So we are going to repo this vehicle for fraudulent documents. I don't know what else to do to help this customer.Thank youJohnny-- Auto Gallery    [redacted],    Manassas, VA, 20110    ###-###-####

First of all as a Virginia Dealer, we have to re-inspect the vehicle as soon as in comes into our dealership. Regardless of it has been inspected before. We did take this truck to be re-inspected, It failed for brakes and rotors front, rear. So in order to pass the vehicle inspection we had to install new set of brakes, rotors. After the work was done, we sent the vehicle off for detail which in this case cost $100 full detail. I don't see what we have done wrong in doing so, as we have already explained everything in detail to [redacted] in person. The vehicle was given to us on a consignment, there was no time period mentioned as to when it should be returned to the registered owner [redacted]. After two weeks or so [redacted] came back , asked to pick up his truck and sell it himself. So in order for us to release the vehicle back to him, there was an outstanding balance of $250.00 that [redacted] had to pay for the repairs, detail expense that was done to the vehicle ( we do have the invoices which he refused to see). When [redacted] was paid the balance owed , he also offered us to buy the truck off of him. Instead we asked that we get a week to either sell on the lot or we will buy it from him.[redacted] agreed on a price with us, wrote up a purchase order for the agreed amount. Carsmart Auto Gallery had received the difference in the pay off amount to clear the balance on the Auto Loan. We as a dealer sent in the payment right away, but he was already close to his due date on the payment. There is no fault of ours in sending the payoff amount to [redacted] Bank. I think we have done enough to help him sell his vehicle, paying off the Auto Loan.Thank youJohnny
