I have to say as I start this off, when we bought our car with CarSmart, we received wonderful customer service that day. The problem I am having now is, my husband and I were sent a flyer to submit a review for a $25 gift card. I was thinking, great, no problem! I submit [redacted] a review a month ago now and still have not received a gift card. I have called several times and have gotten nothing but the run around about it. Now I feel like they don't even care if they provide us with what was promised for the review. I'm upset because I feel like I shouldn't have to go through this for something I should have gotten at least 2 weeks ago. Very frustra [redacted] and disappointed, especially since our car buying experience with them was great.

These people are con artist and will saying to get you in the place, I have so many contradictions in emails and text.

I'm glad I can use them when I sue their as !

Fraud is not good carsmart! People don't need that and it's illegal!

I was told Buy an employee by the name of Chelsea in Finance at carsmart Auto Sales that I needed to put a card on file to make paymentsWhen I gave her my card information I asked her if they would charge my card without me calling and authorizing them first to which she told me know that they could not charge my card without my authorizationOn May 1st I noticed a transaction for $that I did not authorizeI was not in contact with carsmart Auto Sales and I did not authorize the transactionI called and spoke with a woman named Hannah and she informed me that an employee Jenessa L** charged my card without my consent

I have in writing that they would provide me a key fob for my vehicle, I was told to call the service center on site and they would get it for meI called and they said they called a Chevy dealership and that this vehicle doesn't offer a key fob for my vehicleI then took my car to a Chevy dealership right by my house they told me that is incorrect and showed me where the scan code was inside the door made to create the key fob and laser key cut for my carI called them and sent emails letting them know that I have in writing that I would get a key fob and that they do in fact make it for my vehicle and I have confirmed with a dealership it would be about for them to do itTo date I have gotten no response and it's been over a year

I bought a Nissan Sentra so from car smart in 2016.

The worked great, but there was one thing I did not know about that maybe they should have stated to me that could have influenced the sale.

Nissan's have been sued for their CVT transmissions in many class action cases and the transmissions have had major issues since 2002.

If I was told that, I most likely would NOT have bought my Nissan Sentra. Never told about major complaints about the CVT transmissions, never told their were technical service bulletins and now I am stuck with a vehicle that is out of extended warranty that we paid for.

I am wondering how many Nissan's have been sold and not disclosed this to customers that could have influenced their choice to purchase their Nissan's.

I will NEVER shop there again and I will never buy another Nissan!

This is one of those unfortunate title issues that can arise on an occasion.  This dealer sent in the old title and the [redacted] lien release pre-sale to get a tile in the name of CarSmart.  Unfortunately the State DMV put the [redacted] lien on the new CarSmart Title when a release...

had been submitted.  Then [redacted] give us a release and the State would not accept it because they required the original owner's name on it, but ultimately the DMV  administrative mistake was corrected and as quickly as possible and Mr. [redacted] has the correct and valid documents now.  The Dealership has also sent Mr. [redacted] a check for his inconvenience to show good-faith on the part of the Dealership.
