Automotive RepairWe have only seen this customer one time only and it was on 10/4/She brought in her Honda Odyssey with staring issuesVehicle was towed in as you can see on the work orderThe vehicle was Seen on this same day and released back to the customer on this same day of 10/4/This vehicle was In our possession no longer than a few hours *** even had my office manager speak to her mother on *** cell phone to take payment with Mother’s credit card since she didn’t have money to pay for her vehicle repairAs you can see on the Work order we only replaced the alternatorNo engine swap was done If customer had provided her own alternator we would not provide any warranty on the part, but that was not the caseWe provided her alternator here for there is warranty coverage on the alternatorIf Customer is having problems with the alternator. We would be able to have it replaced under the Warranty We have not received any calls from this customer stating any issue with her carPlease advise customer if she has issues with alternator to please call our office or bring in her carWe will be happy To test the alternator and make sure there are no issues Thank You, *** ***, *** Carson Automotive Repair
