Thanks for the email and the opportunity to discuss Ms***'s issues. She had agreed to make 3, $payments and signed an authorization to do soShe was unable to follow through with this arrangement and we made a second agreement with Ms*** to pay $a week, every Friday, until her

Business REBUTTAL:Sent 10/01/2016 Complaint: ***I am responding to the rebuttal on this issue.I would be happy to forward a copy of all the repair orders for the work we performedPlease forward me your email address & I will forward these off right away We were definitely reimbursed by the service contract company for the work performed.As a reminder, *** *** purchased a service contract and she is able to take her vehicle ANYWHERE to get any warranty claims done.I would also be happy to diagnose any ‘bad smell’ or ‘smoke’ issuesThe car wasn’t doing either of those things when it left or while we test drove for almost milesI will diagnose and look at this free of chargeWe can also look at/address the taped hose *** *** had mentioned.On a related side note, we have also deferred out of payments for *** ***She has only made payments over the last months.I am still willing to help if *** *** wants to bring the BMW by our service department

Thanks for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Everything is accurate in that we consigned and sold the JeepWe paid the equity to the customer and made a payoff check to the lien holderThe check to the lien-holder was mistakenly filed in folder rather than mailed to lein holder.The
customer called and let us know the loan hadn't been paid offWe called the lien and let them know what happened and sent an updated payoff to them.The loan is paid in full and we verified that there were no negative reporting or costs involved with our oversight.I apologize for this mistakeIt was our fault and we have made internal office changes to make sure that nothing like this happens in the future. I have called the repair shop and talked with Barry the manager advised him that I would get out there at my earliest convenient time for meI live in federal way and work at the same time It's hard to get all the way to lynnwood when this should have been done properly the first timeI spoke with Barry and told him I would call him as soon as I knew when I could make itI kept a call log as well to show the communication between me and the shopIt's not water leaking it's coolant to be correct.

I was never told I could cancel until the day I arrived to pay my car off I no longer have this car because of a prior issue not being fully fixed as I thought through their shop I can understand no a full refund but make it right Obviously something in the prior employees work ethic was in question I asked repeatedly about this extended warranty for over the last year I paid it Credit report finally got resolved after all this which us wrong it took this long.Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this emailI hope we can shed some light into Ms***’s’ situation and I hope we can find some mutual ground to help herMs*** bought a vehicle from us and later had a repair done through our service departmentShe had a transmission issue and
the repair was done under warrantyMs*** later (weeks?) complained of a water leak after picking up her vehicleWe told her to bring the vehicle by to we could take a look at what/if it was leakingShe hasn’t brought the vehicle by or responded to our contact attemptsWe assumed she either took care of it herself or it was a non-issue We are still happy to do a free preliminary inspection on her vehicle to determine any leaksWe will do this diagnostic work free of chargeIf the water leak had anything to do with the work we did, of course, we will take care of any repairsEven if it turns out to be unrelated, I am willing to help Ms*** with any wholesale/discounted priced repairs she needsI think better communication can avoid any issues in the futureWe look forward to hearing from and helping Ms*** anyway we can Respectfully, Mike C*** Carson Cars Owner

Mr*** purchased a Escalade from Carson Cars
Mr*** purchased a 2year/mile service contract
Mr*** complained about a slow shift from reverse in the SUVWe couldn't get it to duplicate the issue and
actually had it to a factory OEM dealer to have them say there was no issue
Mr*** kept insisting there was a transmission issue and we finally installed a used transmission that his service plan coveredMr *** paid nothing to have this work done
Mr*** continued thinking there was an issue even after we had replaced the transmission in the Escalade.No one could get teh SUV to duplicate any problems or issues
Upon his relentless insisting, we exchanged the used transmission with another used unit and Carson Cars paid for the entire expense
Mr *** still thought there was an issue with the transmissionWe had the vehicle tested and checked out by several techs and finally paid to have Mr*** take to the GMC dealer, of his choice,to have them say the SUV was shifting correctly. We paid the bill for this as well

Mr*** definitely needs motor mounts and we gave him an estimate to have repairedHe declined repairs at that time
Mr*** has spent NO MONEY towards any of these repairsit is somewhat shocking to get a complaint on this as we have paid 100% of expenses on the "mystery issue"
We have gone above and beyond with this customerIf he is unhappy with our services he is more than able to take his Escalade anywhere else to have it servicedHe still has a service contract and if there is indeed an issue, he can get it resolved with that

We sold Mr*** a van and helped him secure financing
The van was in good shape and came with a limited power-train warranty
About two weeks after purchasing the
van, Mr*** let us know that his mechanic said it needed some repairsWe offered to have the van brought in to our service department to inspect/repairHe refused and only wanted his friend to work on the van
We agreed and sent Mr*** a check for $to take care of his concernsMr*** was happy with this agreement
Now several months later, Mr*** called back to let us know the repairs he had his friend do didn’t fix whatever issue he was having (needed shocks replaced?)
I reminded him that we had offered to do a free inspection and help towards the repairs, but that he had instead opted to take $and have his issues resolved himself
I then offered to have the van inspected at no cost, to verify his concernsI also agreed to do any needed work at our wholesale cost
Mr*** refused our help
This was the last contact we had with Mr*** until we received this complaint
I am still willing to do a free diagnosis of his concernsI am also still willing to do any needed repairs at our wholesale cost for himI believe the cost of replacing shocks would be under $for all parts and labor (we would need to check van to be certain)

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: my car did not smoke or have a bad smell when it went in to them and the house was not taped up nor did it have body damage which I have pictures to price all my claimsThey have yet to prove after I asked for copies of the work done that it was over $2,which I should have to keep with the car and I only got a bill for $showing a total of a little over $I also contacted the warranty company after they said it wasn't covered and they told me they don't know why they would charge me and that a claim was never submitted to them even though my warranty pays for this repairI also called several transmission places and a whole transmission would be over $2,with labor but how is it that much when they told Me it was a component in the transmissionYes I amaware of the age of my car I'm also aware that there are many cars on the road older than mine that drive wonderfulI contacted them right after I got my car back due to the smoke and smell and now they want to charge me to fix that when I didn't have that issue when it went in, the hose was taped when I got my car back even I know the engine in that area is to hot for it to be electrical tapedSo they tried to just tape an issue which taping things does not always workNow I'm driving around with kids in the car a check engine light on and a car that smoked and smells hoping it doesn't catch on fire or make even bigger problemsYes I appreciate what they have done but I bought this car a few months ago and have had it in my own possession maybe a month in the entiretyI o not believe I should have to pay for an issue that wasn't there when I brought the car in but it came back to me with themI already have to pay $because they didn't turn it into the warranty companyWhy do I have a warranty and pay for it if they aren't using it?

We currently have the Chrysler at our shop and are doing the needed repair free of charge to our customerWe are not sure what happened but we are taking care of this issue at no cost to the customer
We also supplied the customer with a free
service loaner car while we are performing the needed repairs
The customer is happy with our resolution and we are working with them to get this matter resolved

We sold *** *** a Mercedes and she traded in a BMWThere was a payoff on the BMW which we verified and included in the payment/payoff/contractAfter we took the BMW in
and mailed in the payoff, *** *** either stopped payment or went NSF on her last payment to the finance companyThis created a $payoff deficiency
On top this, *** *** $down payment check came back NSF/dishonored from her bankWe tried to re-run the check but it was no good
*** *** made several promises to take care of the now $balance ($2000+NSF fee $40) plus the $additional trade money owed
This went on for weeks and months
We finally received $cash on March 3rd 2014, and applied $to the high payoff, and the additional $against her $balance she owed.She paid another $on 5/28/2015.She paid another $on 3/15/(YEARS after first NSF check!)This leaves a remaining balance of $*** *** still owes on this NSF check.This is a verified and correct amount and has been updated to the credit bureaus and is reporting as such.I am willing to setup a payment plan on the unpaid $I could report the account as current (as long as she pays) and I would do this interest freeI just want to be made whole for the money I am owed.I have also deleted her first account balance (deleted entire account history) and this should no longer be reporting negative as of the 1st of OctoberThis is the “$repossession” account *** *** had referenced.I am very happy to speak with *** *** anytime to discuss her repayment plan, this or any other issue I look forward to getting this resolved
