The company failed to deliver nor provide the advertised item nor meet the advertising terms via the website terms of agreement for selling. Per the company,"The customer was never charged for the item, nor did we ever receive any money for the item." was true. However, the company actually acknowledged the fact (via my phone conversations) they apparently had one of the following issues:
1-they lost the item
2-they were unable to find the item
3-they never had the item
It's no brainer they never charged me nor did they receive any money because I was unable to buy the item they listed for sale. Duh!
Unknown what the issues were within the company & I don't care. Not my problem.
If they desire to sell online, then abide by the websites policy for selling. They screwed up and were unwilling to make amends unless I was willing to wait for 'however long' to get the same item with free shipping. The chances of that happening were about zero. They either lied or messed up and refused to make it right. Never do business with them as far as I'm concerned.
