Review: Carson Lord Enterprises promises 49 envelopes to stuff and mail for $99.I sent the required money order of $99 on 10-**-13,they say the envelopes would be sent 7 business days after payment is processed.I have yet to receive any envelopes.Your help would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: If delivery of order is not possible,then cash refund would be second choice.

Review: I received a letter in the mail about doing mail outs for this company. In the letter I was promised the opportunity to mail letters for the company and be paid $10 per letter mailed. On April [redacted], I sent in $99 to the business. I have yet to recieve the aforementioned letters to mail out. I would simply like my $99 back.Desired Settlement: A check for the $99 money order I sent to the company would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Review: I received a letter from Preston Lord Enterprises three months ago. I decided to invest $99.00 for the home-based business opportunity by check. It was cleared within two weeks and I got startup kit on 12/**/13. After some time following the directions I would periodically call the number they provided by I never once gotten ahold of any customer service reps. I have tried various times for the past two months since and still have not gotten an answer. Anytime I call it goes straight into voice mail (during business hours) and it doesn't even state how to form alternative contact (no website, email address, secondary phone line, etc.) Furthermore, I attempted an additional follow up with early Jan. and I am not sure if my second check is still pending or if they are simply holding it. Thus far my calls for both assistance and clarity have long since fallen on deaf ears.Desired Settlement: As it stands I feel that I have waited long enough to elicit a response. I desire to get a full or at least partial refund for the time wasted and as compensation. Also I would like for this complaint to be validated by Revdex.com to serve as primary example of an individual such as myself's ability to persist in what normally may have been seen as a hassle not worth mentioning.

Review: Back in October 2013, I had sent this company $199 application and processing fee that is supposed to be refundable once you start mailing letters. I received the 100 letters and envelopes stuffed and mailed them in a timely manner. I also sent the signed agreement form to work for them and my receipt for $46.00 postage that they agreed to reimburse once you starting working for their company. The 245.00 was supposed to be refunded to me when I received my 9th paycheck for stuffing letters and envelopes. To this date, I have never received any paycheck nor communication from them ever since they cashed my check back in October and I mailed the letters. I had tried to contact them numerous times but they have no e-mail address nor phone number where I can reach someone and I had sent five letters since explaining inn detail the situation and all letters have gone unanswered. I explained to them in the letters that I have never heard from them again and if they don't want me working with them, etc. to please refund the $199 processing fee and $45.00 postage but they refuse to answer.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my application fees and postage fees for a total of 245.00 refunded to me.

Review: I got a letter in the mail from Carson Lord Inc. They offered me away to make some money from home if I mailed $99.00.I would than get Letters, Envelopes, and mailing lables. I mailed a money order for $99.00 to [redacted] and NEVER got any thing in return.I have been riped off. I do not have any other info for this company.I can reach anyone by phone and there is NO e-mail address or web site to locate a main office.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $99.00
