My wife and I hired Earl Franks Flooring to install vinyl flooring in the basement of our home a couple of months agoWe had no problem with the installation or the workers who installed itThe work turned out to look very niceThe problem came when we had lost all satellite TV reception in our home on the last day of the workers completing the jobInitially we thought we had lost the signal due to an approaching thunderstorm so we figured it would return to after the storm had passedBy the time the storm had passed the job was completed and the workers were goneOur television reception never returned in the basement of our home where the flooring was installedWe had [redacted] come out to diagnose the problem and they told us that whoever installed our flooring must have nailed through our coax cable which is the cable needed to provide cable, satellite or internet to the homeHe ran a detector over the cable and couldn't get a signalUnhappy with his diagnosis, we fir
Hired to have Hardwood floors installed and finished The process from beginning to end literally took months to doI supplied sq ft of wood to do a sq ft job, so there was plenty of stock to choose fromDuring actual install, poor or damaged boards were installed vs sound boardsWith the finishing process, natural knots were not filled to make flush with floor and the few that were, were filled with a color that was not even in the floorThe poor install/finishing job was confirmed by Jude [redacted] (Owner) and Kirk [redacted] (estimator) and they offered to fill/refill knots with correct color filler andput another coat of Urethane onI requested that the floor be sanded down to refinish as it should have been done the first time and they would not agree to thisThe most they would do is fill knots, lightly rough sand Urethaen and apply another coat of UrethaneDuring this process, the fumes are horribly toxic and leaves the house uninhabitableI was given no choice but to
