Review: Carson and Sons Roofing was contracted by myself and my husband to fix a leak in our roof, we choose them specfically as they were Revdex.com accredited and offered a 10year guarentee on their work. Our roof is leaking again and I have called more than 30 times and left messages on the machine over a 4-5 week period with no call back, we have faxed and emailed them on multiple occasions as well. We have not heard anything from anyone. The machine clearly states that they are Revdex.com accredited. Last week, on one of my now routine calls the owner actually answered the phone and said he would call me the following day with a time to come look at our roof. We have heard from Carson and sons and again no one has answered the phone on our repeat attempt to contact them.Desired Settlement: We would like them to either repair our roof as the contract states or refund the money we paid for the job so we can use it to pay someone else to do the job who will stand behind the work.

Review: [redacted] and Son's roofing sold their services on February 23, 2013 for a roof repair. Their service included a guarantee for 10 years, with maintenance every 3 years. Within 5 months (22-July-2013), the roof began leaking, only this time it was much worse than before the repairs. Upon contacting the company they told me they would arrive by 25-Jul-2013 between 8:00 and 10:00 am, and they never showed up. Then contacting and rescheduling they were supposed to arrive 27-July-2013, but no one ever called or came. Since that time no one has returned multiple phone calls or attempted to contact me. There have been severe storms in Philadelphia recently and the damage is becoming much worse. Upon inspecting the roof, there is a large pool of water in the area they were supposed to do the repairs and crack is visible. The leaking is leaving marks on the ceiling, pour through light fixtures (extremely dangerous), and filling the insulation with water. The damage has impacted my family with small children. We have to resort to sleeping in the basement and not using rooms because of leaks. Prior to their work on the roof there was 1 small leak in the bathroom. Now there are 5 areas pouring water in the bedroom and bathroom. A large bowl fills with water in a matter of 2 hours; the unseen damage must be extensive. A mattress has also been soaked due to the storms.Desired Settlement: To repair roof, ceiling in bathroom and bedroom, roof insulation replaced, fix wood replacement that is causing pool, any other unseen damage from rain and inspected by a 3rd party to make sure they actually did the work properly this time.

In response to this complaint. We sold a new roof not a repair job. As of right now the owner has been in and out of the hospital with medical issues and as of such I the secretary have taken on more responsiblity and had hired a girl for the office and in doing so I believed she was working to the best she could and she failed miserable. I was not given most of there messages and as soon as I got rid of this girl I had come back into the office and on 7/29/13 my crew tried to go out and repair any issues they might have and early in the morning they were told the customer was not available even though I explained that he did not have to be there. And later that day around 1pm my crew was gonna try to make it back out there and they declined again. And with that I had to reassemble my schedule as such. And his wife had called the owner and yelled and freaked out in which our contract is with the husband not her so the owner had gotten confused on whom she was and got upset himself. As well as she had called the office and I spoke with her and she belittled me which I took until she informed me that she was recording my conversation in which I know is against the law to do such and I called [redacted] and explained I would know longer speak to her as she is not on our contract. As well as I explained that on there contract it states we are not responsible for interior or exterior damage and the homeowner has to have homeowners insurance. As he wasnted us to take on putting a new roof on and fixing all interior damages. Then in which I made sure he had my phone number personal to reach me at any time as I have been working in the office part time and helping run the crews as well. On 8/7 my crew went back out the property and did a repair and the owner [redacted] was very pleased as it has rained and the problem seems to be resolved. However we decided to go back out as of yesterday 8/12/13 to just torch down and go over top of the roof one last time to fix any issues that may not be resolved. When [redacted] spoke to my crew he asked we fix a part of the ceiling that got some water damage and the insulation as he was worried about the mold. And we are trying to assure the leaking has stopped in order to repair a minor ceiling problem due to all there problems from the girl whom I had hired to work the office and me not receiving there calls.

Review: We hired a company to fix the roofs and Gutters.. They also aluminum sided one part of The building... He was specifically hired to tighten up the whole entire Roofline Because we had a squirrel Problem..... We called them to come back to fix the leak in the roof and we also called them numerous times with No answer... When I finally got a hold of somebody they said that they were out of the office and the owner was sick... And they will call me back She call me back and said I have a answer for you from John call me John is the owner.. I have called John on his personal cell phone and the business line and still no response... I have a quote from another roofer and to fix the problem it'll be $5600... The roof leaks the gutters blew up And flashing Blew off.. And we're they place the gutter onto the side of the building the water is running down the side onto the Building...Desired Settlement: Just like to have the $5600.. back so I can pay somebody to do it right.. You do have the estimate from another reputable roofer.. We also pay Carson and son $12,000...

Review: I paid for a service on 3-19 which was to have my roof coated and then have a certificate supplied.

I now have no idea if they even did the work on the property.Desired Settlement: Would like the job completed as promised.
