I did have contact with the owner, who placed the blame on me, regarding placement of perishable product. I do not think that it is correct to bury perishable product under non perishable. I never told the movers not to place boxes inside the house. I am 84 years old and can not move boxes. I hired this company to do a job, and they failed to properly do so. A proper apology for the short comings is how to handle. Not place the blame on their clients who payed for a service. This company clearly took advantage of senior citizens and did as they pleased. Horrible customer service and poor leadership.

The resolution is to let the public know of their neglect and lack of customer service. When opening a business they should know the customer is always right. The customer puts food on their table, pays their bills and provides for their family. With out customers you have no business. Please post my complaint for future customers.
