Review: I was involved in an accident on 2/9/2014 and filed a claim with Financial Institution that is lien holder on loan as I only had Liablity insurance and other drivers insurance company refused to pay claim. A claim with my financial institution's insurance company [redacted] was approved and paid on 3/10/2014 for $7,945.79. The check was recieved to my financial instituion on 3/18/14 and check was then cut to Carson's on 3/18/14 and confirmed cashed on 3/24/14. Estimated days to repair veh was 13 per appraisal and as of 6/12/14 I still do not have the vehicle back in possession. I have continuously followed up with Carson's and with owner [redacted] Carson and have been told numerous lies of parts being delivered and work being completed when it has not. I am requesting you to reach out to company so repairs can be forced to be completed. Additionally, I was given a written request by [redacted] Carson to have all rental costs reimbursed to me. On 6/2/14 he wrote me a check for $440.00 and it was post dated for 7/2/14 So I took the check back to have a new check issued and it was post-dated again for 6/5/14. I took the check to bank it was drawn off to cash it and was advised by the teller that the check was drawn off of a closed account.Desired Settlement: Im requiring either the vehicle be repaired and returned to my possession or that the funds be returned to my financial instistution and the unrepaired vehicle be returned to my possession so I can take vehicle elsewhere to have repairs completed. I also wish to be reimbursed for the $440.00 remaining rental costs that [redacted] Carson owes me.
