I want them to return my purchase price of $3,to me, I also want them investigated for their unethical business practices, illegal holding of my title, and stating to me the following " We stand behind each car we sell and we want you to be a satisfied customer." This was said to me by salesman [redacted] and owner [redacted] As in my complaint I originally filed with the Revdex.com, it was about them stating they had days to give me the title to my vehicle and kept telling me to come back to their place of business each day to get it only to find out it was not thereI was given excuse after excuse why it was not availableI learned that a title should be given to the buyer upon purchase of the vehicle which it was notIt took days to get the title and the police were called as wellHe then gave me an invalid title and the DMV clerk said that he had not signed to take possession of the vehicle before he sold it to me nor did he sign the title over to meI had to return to [redacted] after being told not to come back after calling the police to avoid a confrontationI have made numerous phone calls to [redacted] about that and the following other things that have gone wrong with this carI only received the run around and rude talkThey told me they are going to do nothing for me even though they told me in front of my fiancee that they stand behind every car they sellThe car was purchased August 1, and all of the following had to be done to make it safe and driveable after we were told by [redacted] that the car had been properly inspected August 2, 2016-- [redacted] said they performed an oil change before the car was sold to usWe took it to [redacted] , [redacted] and had an oil change completed along with the need to purchase an air filter for $and a cabin air filter for $Both filters were completely full of debris and dirt making a purchase necessaryThe entire cost for this was $ While on vacation in Pennsylvania, August 4, 2016, our battery died several times and we took it to an [redacted] in Ephrata, PaThe technician tested the battery and told us it was useless as it was a year model batteryWe purchased a new battery for $ August 24, 2016--we noticed the air conditioning was blowing hotWe called [redacted] about this problem and as usual they gave us the same rude treatmentSo we took it to [redacted] , [redacted] ***, They told us that they would check the air conditioningThey said that it was leaking freon and they had to order parts to put on to keep it from leaking and recharge and fill it with freonI was shown the parts and they were rottedIt turns out they could not get the parts required, so they put the old parts back on, filled it with a stop leaking solution, recharged and refilled the air conditioning at a charge of $108.65.4.On August 27, we noticed a noise in the left front tire so I took it to [redacted] at [redacted] ***It was seen without even taking the tire off that the sway bar stabilizer links were rottedThe technician took the car and took off both front tires and said that both stabilizers were rotted and needed replacingIT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THESE PARTS ARE PART OF THE MISSOURI SAFETY INSPECTION, HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT LISTED ON MY INSPECTION PAPERS.These are part of the steering when the wheels turn and I was shown these parts and they were rottedThey were replaced on both the front tires at the cost of $I do not see how these parts which are listed on the Missouri Safety Inspection List passed the inspection September 5, 2016--In the traffic we began having trouble with the car in gearWe pulled into a hotel parking lot and upon parking the car, we noticed transmission fluid pouring out We called our auto service and had it towed to [redacted] ***It was told to us the transmission would need to be replacedWe did not have the money to replace it, and we had to remove it off the lotWe then called [redacted] and spoke to [redacted] , the man who sold us the car and explained what was happening and asked him how he was going to make it right since we had only owned this car one month and four daysHe was very rude and refused to do anythingIt was pointed out that he sold us a car that was unsafe and basically a lemonHe gave a lot of excuses and rude talk with no results We ended up having to call Opal Salvage to remove it off the lot and I was given only $for a car I paid $for. This car dealer sold us an unsafe vehicle and the safety inspection was included in the sale of the carI am in belief the safety inspection was invalid and possibly illegal, as the passing of this vehicle with the stabilizer links are on the Missouri Safety Inspection List and the parts on this car were rotted I am in possession of all receipts, and papers pertaining to the sale and inspection of this vehicle.I believe [redacted] is selling vehicles that put people in danger, that they lied to me about the title of the car I purchased, and I witnessed them trying to sell a car to an elderly woman without a titleThey need to be investigated and shut down

Mr. [redacted] purchased the car "AS IS".  We had it posted on the window of the car in compliance with Federal Law.  Mr. [redacted] signed off on the sale documents acknowledging the "AS IS" purchase and understanding the terms of such purchase.  The car did pass inspection and emissions at a facility that is not affiliated with our business.  Due to the "AS IS" purchase terms, we are not responsible for any issues Mr. [redacted] may have after purchase of the vehicle.

I have filed a complaint against this business because the;y did not give me the title to the vehicle I purchased on August 1, 2016 for 18 days, despite their promises to have the title on the day the purchase was completed. I had to call daily and was told it would be there tomorrow but it never was. It was 18 days after the day I purchased and paid for t;he car I finally received the title, even though MO law requires the title be given to the purchaser at the time of sale. [redacted], owner and salesman [redacted] were the two who sold me this car. First, the inspection was included in the sale of the car. The sway bar stabilizers are part of the inspection. The car was inspected and failed due to a bad back tire and windshield wiper. Even though the car failed the safety inspection, [redacted] printed a temporary license tag and put it in the window of the car. I questioned whether this was legal or not since the car did not pass the inspection. He said since they were replacing the tires the next day it was legal because if it was not his machine could not have printed out the temp tag. The other 3 tires looked worn so I paid an additional $200 to him to replace them also. The car was purchased on August 1, 2016 and since then the following repairs have been made. August 3, 2016 the car stalled and would not start several times without a jump start. I took the car to [redacted] and they confirmed the battery was dead and the dead battery was a 2008 model. I purchased a new battery for $120. On 8/2/16 the car was taken to [redacted] for an oil change, even though [redacted] told me an oil change had been done. Also an air filter and cabin air filter were shown to me by the mechanic and they were filthy and full of debris making it necessary to purchase them. The bill for the services were $76.98. On 8/24/16 the air conditioning began to blow hot so we called [redacted] as they told us they stand behind every car they sell. All I got was the run around so we took it to [redacted] again for repairs. The;y found that parts were rotted out and it was leaking freon. They could not get the parts needed, so they put the old parts back on, put stop leak fluid in, filled it with freon and recharged it. This cost $108.65. ON 8/27/16 We then heard a sound coming from the front of the car. We took it to [redacted] and they told us the sway bar stabilizer links were rotted on both sides and showed me the parts. THESE PARTS ARE PART OF THE MISSOURI SAFETY INSPECTION. THERE WAS NOTHING SAID ABOUT THEM BEING DAMAGED OR BAD ON THE INSPECTION AND THERE WAS NO WAY THEY COULD HAVE ROTTED TO THE EXTENT THEY WERE FRO,M THE DATE OF INSPECTION (THE INSPECTION WAS ARRANGED BY [redacted]) UNTIL THE DAY OF REPAIR, ONLY 26 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. We again called [redacted] and again got the run around. We had no choice but to repair the car and it cost $251.67. On 9/6/16 we were driving and had trouble with the gear. We pulled over and found transmission fluid leaking all over. I called [redacted] and told them what happened and was told they would do nothing. [redacted] was rude and gave me the run around. I had to call my auto service and had it towed to [redacted] Auto. I was told the transmission would need to be replaced. I did not have the money to do that as it would cost well over a thousand dollars to replace it. I did not have the money to do this so I once again called [redacted] and asked them what they were going to do to make it right since they told me they stand behind any car they sell and was told by [redacted] that nothing would be done because anything could happen driving a car off the lot. He told me the engine or anything could even blow up! All it was was a rude conversation and led nowhere. I had to remove it from the auto repair lot so my only choice was to salvage it for which I received $80.00 after paying [redacted] $3,000 for the car, the numerous repairs, the extra $200 for the other 3 worn tires, and for proper licensing and titling and insuring my car. Now I have no vehicle and am out all this money. I believe they knew they were selling me a lemon and that the inspection that came with the car was invalid as parts I had to replace were not addressed in the inspection. Plus they held the title longer than MOl law allows. I only hope this car dealership is not allowed to do this to other people. I HAVE CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS BY PHONE MORE THAN 20 TIMES TRYING TO RESOLVE ALL THESE ISSUES. I ALSO HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO VERIFY AND PROVE MY COMPLAINT. I am also an Army veteran.  $3,000.00 the amount I paid for this lemon vehicle.

I want them to return my purchase price of $3,000.00 to me, I also want them investigated for their unethical business practices, illegal holding of my title, and stating to me the following " We stand behind each car we sell and we want you to be a satisfied customer." This was said to me by...

salesman [redacted] and owner [redacted].  As in my complaint I originally filed with the Revdex.com, it was about them stating they had 30 days to give me the title to my vehicle and kept telling me to come back to their place of business each day to get it only to find out it was not there. I was given excuse after excuse why it was not available. I learned that a title should be given to the buyer upon purchase of the vehicle which it was not. It took 18 days to get the title and the police were called as well. He then gave me an invalid title and the DMV clerk said that he had not signed to take possession of the vehicle before he sold it to me nor did he sign the title over to me. I had to return to [redacted] after being told not to come back after calling the police to avoid a confrontation. I have made numerous phone calls to [redacted] about that and the following other things that have gone wrong with this car. I only received the run around and rude talk. They told me they are going to do nothing for me even though they told me in front of my fiancee that they stand behind every car they sell. The car was purchased August 1, 2016 and all of the following had to be done to make it safe and driveable after we were told by [redacted] that the car had been properly inspected.1.  August 2, 2016--[redacted] said they performed an oil change before the car was sold to us. We took it to [redacted] and had an oil change completed along with the need to purchase an air filter for $14.99 and a cabin air filter for $29.99. Both filters were completely full of debris and dirt making a purchase necessary. The entire cost for this was $76.98.2.  While on vacation in Pennsylvania,  August 4, 2016, our battery died several times and we took it to an [redacted] in Ephrata, Pa. The technician tested the battery and told us it was useless as it was a 2008 year model battery. We purchased a new battery for $120.003.  August 24, 2016--we noticed the air conditioning was blowing hot. We called [redacted] about this problem and as usual they gave us the same rude treatment. So we took it to [redacted], They told us that they would check the air conditioning. They said that it was leaking freon and they had to order parts to put on to keep it from leaking and recharge and fill it with freon. I was shown the parts and they were rotted. It turns out they could not get the parts required, so they put the old parts back on, filled it with a stop leaking solution, recharged and refilled the air conditioning at a charge of $108.65.4.On August 27, 2016 we noticed a noise in the left front tire so I took it to [redacted] at [redacted]. It was seen without even taking the tire off that the sway bar stabilizer links were rotted. The technician took the car and took off both front tires and said that both stabilizers were rotted and needed replacing. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THESE  PARTS ARE PART OF THE MISSOURI SAFETY INSPECTION, HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT LISTED ON MY INSPECTION PAPERS.These are part of the steering when the wheels turn and I was shown these parts and they were rotted. They were replaced on both the front tires at the cost of $251.67. I do not see how these parts which are listed on the Missouri Safety Inspection List passed the inspection. 5.  September 5, 2016--In the traffic we began having trouble with the car in gear. We pulled into a hotel parking lot and upon parking the car, we noticed transmission fluid pouring out.  We called our auto service and had it towed to [redacted]. It was told to us the transmission would need to be replaced. We did not have the money to replace it, and we had to remove it off the lot. We then called [redacted] and spoke to [redacted], the man who sold us the car and explained what was happening and asked him how he was going to make it right since we had only owned this car one month and four days. He was very rude and refused to do anything. It was pointed out that he sold us a car that was unsafe and basically a lemon. He gave a lot of excuses and rude talk with no results We ended up having to call Opal Salvage to remove it off the lot and I was given only $80.00 for a car I paid $3000.00 for. This car dealer sold us an unsafe vehicle and the safety inspection was included in the sale of the car. I am in belief the safety inspection was invalid and possibly illegal, as the passing of this vehicle with the stabilizer links are on the Missouri Safety Inspection List and the parts on this car were rotted.  I am in possession of all receipts, and papers pertaining to the sale and inspection of this vehicle.I believe [redacted] is selling vehicles that put people in danger, that they lied to me about the title of the car I purchased, and I witnessed them trying to sell a car to an elderly woman without a title. They need to be investigated and shut down.
