This vehicle was left with us for repairs on June 17th & was completed on June 29thWe contacted the owner to let him know the repairs were completed, he told us he was out of town & would be picking up the vehicle on July 2nd
We noticed
damage to the left fender of this vehicle approximately mid day on July 2nd & attempted to notify the owner immediately to advise him of the damageI inquired with my staff & reviewed video footage of where the vehicle was parkedNone of my staff admit they caused the damage & unfortunately, the video footage was inconclusive as the camera did not have an angle to view the van where it was parked
We were transparent with the owner in regards to this situation by notifying him as soon as the damage was noticedThe owner claims that my staff is to blame and now we seem to have reached a stalemate
My business shares a common parking lot with another business near to my facility and there is a possibility that the vehicle may have been hit by another vehicle while it was parked
*** I'm uncertain as to why the vehicle owner didn't email me directly with his concerns*** I received very hostile & aggressive emails from the vehicle owner along with a negative review on at least one social media site that I am aware of
I understand that the owner wants resolution to his complaintI have not had the opportunity to communicate with the owner one on one - only through 3rd parties ***

The owner of this business attempts to shift blame and insist I have not tried to contact him personallyI did, on several occasions, go into the shop and ask to talk with him but he was "on vacation" so I left a message in personCombined with several phone calls asking for the owner to call me back for which I received no response, ***
*** no effort to contact me personally was made, they claim to have called me but I have no record of such calls or messagesYes, I will get a little angry in this situation, *** I am not an angry person, nor am I irrational or prone to losing my temper, this just pushed my buttons one too many times
Yes I am going to leave a bad review, should I not have? I did not have a 5/star experience with them, ***
