Review: Paid for a 3 year subscription for [redacted] magazine at the cost of $99.95 in June 2014 to continue a on going subscrpition I have had for several years. As of yet I have not gotten one issue since but my check was cashed. I have called several times with no answer or way to leave a message. I have faxed a letter asking what was going on and to why I have not received any magazines. I have not received any infomation neither by fax or phone. I have not gotten anything in the mail regarding any problems but have read some compliants on the internet that alot of people have not gotten their magazine isues either.Desired Settlement: If this complany is having problems the least it can do is contact their customers to let them know what is going on as well as refund money paid for a product they are not delievering

Review: On 8/13/14 I sent a check in the amount of $37.95 for a renewal subscription to [redacted] magazine. The check was cashed on 8/18/14 according to the information on the back of the cancelled check. I tried to follow up by phone on 10/29 to see why I hadn't gotten a magazine in awhile. The number called was ###-###-#### which is listed in the magazine under Contact. No one answers this number, not even an automated answer. So then I emailed the contact email of [redacted] The response I got was they were no longer publishing that magazine. No offer of the return of my subscription.

I simply want my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund of $37.95 in the form of a check that will clear the bank.

Review: We order [redacted] magazine subscription every year. We pay for 12 issues @37.95. Our check #[redacted] went out on 7/1/14. We waited and waited and wondered where they were??? We called them Oct. and Nov. and were told that [redacted] in [redacted] took over as there was an asset purchase agreement completed 8/28/14. We were also told that they only took over the [redacted] end and were not going to continue with [redacted]. I worked fora company that filed bankruptcy before and you know well in advance that your company is in trouble and possibly going out of business. Therefore, it is our belief that they should not have cashed our check. They should have sent it back!Desired Settlement: We want a total refund of our monies.
