Hi ***,I wanted to get back in touch and see if we can get this blotch on our record removed regarding [redacted] Here's the nature of what happened: [redacted] entered into an SEO contract with us that was month to monthHe paid for the initial month, got halfway through and wanted his money back, claiming no work had been doneI provided him with examples of stuff we had been working on to show him that work had in fact been doneHe basically ignored this and continued to ask for a full refund just repeating over and over nothing had been done even after we gave him examples of some of the stuff we had done He locked us out of his site mid-month to purposefully prevent us from doing some of what was promisedThis is not something we can help, obviouslyWe provided him some examples of some stuff that was done offsite for linking strategy, including some blogposts with links back to his site and some youtube videos also with links back to his siteHe completely ignored theseHere are those same links, and they're still up and linking to his site today: [redacted] There was other work done as wellThese are just examples of some of it.The contract he signed specifically states that he can cancel service whenever he likesIt says this exactly:"If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again."and also:"This service is billed on a monthly basis in advance and is non-refundableThere will be no credits or refunds for partial months of service, or months unused with an open account."I'm attaching a full copy of his contract for you guys to see for yourselfEven though the contract clearly states that if he wants to cancel, nothing is refunded and only subsequent months wouldn't be charged, and even though we provided him examples of work that was done on his behalf, we did extend and offer to him to refund 50% in good faith that he was being fair but he continued to repeat that we had done nothing and refused the offer.Ultimately we concluded that he was not being fair or acknowledging any of the time we put into his project so we feel we did everything we could to work with him and he just wasn't willing to honor the obligations he made in hiring us.Let me know what we can do about the inaccurate information that he's put up on our listingWe try to go the extra mile for people, and feel we really tried with [redacted] as well, but he was all or nothing and was not fair about the work that he contracted us for. Also I'd like to get an updated quote on membership.Thanks,-- [redacted] account manager t [redacted] [redacted]

Hi,
we did sign a contract and lived up to what we agreed to by paying them their first months feeUnfortunately, after no work was done half way through the first month, with no responses by anyone and no one answering the phone, we realized we had made a mistakeWe then cancelled by email (as they outline in contract)As soon as that happened all of a sudden they started doing workI have website logs that show they didn't log in at all up until the cancellation dateThey then scrambled and came up with a few quick things to justify the money they had received (all which was uploaded or posted after we cancelled)To date we have paid them but not received even a fraction of the work they agreed toI'm happy to remove the complaint, just need them to refund our feeAnything else is fraud on their part and should be treated that wayBuyer beware! I would not give this company one cent (if you can call it that, I believe it's just one person), good luck

money back, claiming no work had been done. I provided him with examples of stuff we had been working on to show him that work had in fact been done. He basically ignored this and continued to ask for a full refund just repeating over and over nothing had been done even after we gave him examples of some of the stuff we had done.  He locked us out of his site mid-month to purposefully prevent us from doing some of what was promised. This is not something we can help, obviously. We provided him some examples of some stuff that was done offsite for linking strategy, including some blogposts with links back to his site and some youtube videos also with links back to his site. He completely ignored these. Here are those same links, and they're still up and linking to his site today:[redacted]
