After speaking with our accounting department, I have been notified that Mr. [redacted]'s credit card company has not contacted us. As the order was paid with PayPal, any refund would be processed through them. Since the case is still open, our hands are tied as to processing a refund. As stated, once the case is closed, Pyramyd Air will be able to refund in full, but until that time we cannot refund. I apologize for all the inconvenience.  Thank you, Erika

To Whom It May Concern, The return from Mr. [redacted] was received on February 20, 2018. It was checked in and went through the returns process. On February 22, when the accounting department attempted to refund Mr. [redacted] via PayPal, it was discovered that the process could not be completed...

There are several other areas in the US that Pyramyd Air won,t deliver to so they should be included as well. I still consider that they are guilty of false advertised with their claim of delivering to contiguous USA and delivering wherever the law allows. They have chosen a carrier that can't deliver but it would be so easy to use UPS or USPS or another carrier that can deliver. I could not hire a carrier with restricted delivery options then claim I can deliver anywhere the law allows. They could say anywhere FedEx can legally allow. This disclaimer should be included with the delivery to contiguous US and anywhere the law allows statements.

extend the birthday sale to you for the rifle that you would like to purchase. I do see that the original package is in transit to you and should be delivered on Tuesday. We can handle this one of 3 ways, please let us know how you would like to proceed.1) Package is stopped in transit and sent back to us, we will then process a return and get you the item that you wanted (FedEx will have to get the package to the destination hub before it will be stopped and returned to us)2) Package is delivered to you, we set up a return with a prepaid shipping label and exchange the gun for the one that you wanted3) New order is placed for the gun you wanted and paid for up front.
