I paid Gold Coast in installments $15,to sell my time share in Mexico They contacted me in September and told me they had a buyer And told me to sign this contract and I would receive my money in days Then they asked for a payment for a Mexican tax number that I would be reimbursed for, the sales tax and finally Recording fees for Mexico that I would be reimbursed for Before I paid the last payment I received a letter from the Mexican government and also Richard B [redacted] that if this was paid their would be no additional fees and my money would be paid out in hours
Received call on 08/**/from Thomas LM*** Jrbroker with Gold Coast Real Estate, Inc asking if we were interested in selling our timeshare we own in MexicoSent all requested documentation and received acceptance letter from Gold Coast offering us $26, MrM*** told me that we would only have to pay commissions but no other costsFirst request was sent for $for our taxpayer ID we wired it on 08/**/ On 09/**/we received a second request for $for state taxes sent to me from Adam M*** Escrow Agent at *** *** *** ***I received a call from Richard B*** the Managing Partner at Gold Coast Real Estate, Inc, he informed me that this request is from Mexico and it would be the last request We wired the money on 09/**/ The third request we received on 09/**/for legal and recording fees from MrM*** I received another call from Richard B*** explaining again that Mexico is requesting these funds we wired on 09/**/
