Carter Brothers Automotive Repairs, Inc.

Desired Settlement: My parked vehicle was hit and I had my car towed by Carter Brothers. On the towing receipt it clearly stated I should be charged $50 storage for the first 3 days and then $27 after. Carter Brothers charged 50 for the entire storage time. The insurance needed to come and do an appraisal of the damage. On the Carter Brother receipt they clearly state there is an $85 and hour fee to dismantle the vehicle if needed. I was charged $500 fee to dismantle a tire and a side fender. They also attempted to bill me for ordering and paint when I never approved them to repair my car. In addition I clearly informed them I did not want to authorize them to do the repair, they forged my signature and faxed the insurance company an authorization to repair. I would like a refund and would like the business cited for their illegal actions.
