The project has been completed on our end and the customer has been given a refund for the tile and carpet as per her request in the amount of $1375.00. The lock box has been removed from the residence as well. We have gone over and above the scope of work that was included in the
estimate. Work performed that was not in the estimate/invoice are as follows:-removed old boiler pipes below ceiling in room being finished to maximize ceiling height-framing around water main-sheetrocked taped and muded and added custom order access panels-removed all old receptacles and replaced with new-updated old wires with new; instead of batt insulation we used spray foam, which is an upcharge for walls-furred out existing windows with new 8" pine window jambs-supplied and built dropped ceiling where water lines and main electrical junction could not be buried by dry wall in front of door and behind beam (approximately 3' x 2' section)-HVAC was not included customer had us cut holes in existing trunk work and we added to operable vent covers. The customer has a $balance and the work has been completedIn regards to the delay of the project, the customer put a hold on it due to lack of funds.
