Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Business owner claims it is his companies best work? How would he know he has never been hereHe still refuses to address my concerns by just having a look at the unfinished work due to him pulling his crew off the job whilst threaten us for final paymentThe so called seams he speaks of where the terrible home owner did the awful sheet rock work the seams look awesomeIts all the manufactured seams that mate togetherThey never had enough mud applied in the tapered areas before texture was done so they all look like crapOnce again the owner pulled the crew due to another jobI'm old so everyone younger then myself is a kidSeems like the business owner acts a bit younger with his communication skillsYes it was the first bid done by himself and yes you did scold himShame on you for lying about thisSo you can make employees take unpaid leave because they wouldn't do as you asked and think that it wont catch up to you? He keeps saying it was because of the terrible home owners work that he has never looked at and really it is because the work was unfinished work caused by his lack of morals and ethicsI have all the proof I need on my walls and ceilingsSince you will not even come have a look then it only shows to everyone that you really know it is bad and you want to avoid lying to me face to face and saying that is your best workI have had different contractors here doing odd work and your lack of ethics and morals have shined like the northern star over the other crewsI have had only one pickup for a previous contractor but it was corrected and we moved onWe could have worked through this but he continues to lie and will never even come to job site so all I can do is ask for Revdex.com to pull your licenses and bond until you figure out that you need to get off your butt and come have a lookSince you forced your crew to texture before the sanding and mud work was complete the entire job will have to be done againThe texture doesn't match where they attempted to fix some the original picks as he calls itThere were hundred pieces of tapeWe ran out of tape to identify unfinished areasI feel he will continue to badger us and force us to say something that could hurt usI want him to act like a responsible business owner and come have a lookIf he really says that it is acceptable then I will move onHe will need to lie to me and my year old wife and tell her that her dreams of a beautiful house are now destroyed by this unethical business owner because he wont come cleanWe never stopped them from working as he continues to stateWe were living upstairs without power or insulation...IE meaning very cold....for these additional weeks that the project was drawn out, to help the crew get finished without being in the wayAfter the weather turned to degrees outside we had to move back down stairs and here you have a guy saying tough crap go back upstairs and live in the cold until we feel like finishing the jobHe continues telling his story that makes us look like bad peopleHe continues to claim there is an entire family living hereIt is me and my wifeHe once again is telling lies about us whom he has never metWe also keep all text messages from crew showing this claims I have madeI also have kept every invoice and email you have sent.....yes all your versions of charging us for services never rendered or agreed apon before services were renderedI have a life to live and dealing with someone that continues to avoid the truth just reassures me we made the wrong choice of contractor for this part of our jobWe live on a fixed income so I feel now we will never get our home fixed because we dont have the money to do the entire job over againI never made fun of church or light of church every sinner needs a place to feel safe and that is the truthIs that not what church is about? Speak to god and have your sins forgiven? I am rejecting this response because:The response is obviously not being truthful about this matterThis is a very unethical way of doing businessI spoke with the supervisor of business on several occasions soon as I got home, she hung up on me couple times and then promised to see the job done by her technician the following MondayI called off from work but she neither called nor show upThe technician did not advise my husband on the condition of the carpet, he only wrote on the receipt after "cleaning" the carpets; "carpet need replacing " My concern is not for the room with glue; I know that washing would not remove the glueMy concern is that even the dirt on the family room, dining room and the stairwell was not touched by the chemical usedWhich was why I wanted the supervision to come and "supervise her technicians job"I did not for once; demand a refund from ChemdryBut it appears that this forum is merely going to be a back and forth ordeal, which I am not prepared to do with s business that has proven to lack integrity of telling even the truthI will leave this for Revdex.com to decideI believe that no customer should have to go through this kind of rip off in this day and timeWill pursue this case with dept of consumer affairs, a non profit organization

On 8/14/2015, we performed carpet cleaning along with our patented, P.U.R.T(Pet Urine Removal Treatment) at the above customer's requestThe pre-existing and Technician's recommendations were; urine in the hall, urine on area rug (recommend take out)Customer chose to in homeoutside stain on
sofa bedNext communication was a certified mail letter dated 8/23/(pls see attached)Called customer and left messages on 8/26, 8/28, 8/and 9/When the customer returned the phone calls, our call was cut short due to an event at his workHe returned my call several days later but unfortunately due to death within my family, I was outFinally, *** *** and I spoke in regards to the issueI advised to *** *** that we do stand behind our work and know that our products are effective and we do honor our work and would return to him home (at no charge) to do an inspection and if necessary, apply more P.U.R.Tsolution again at no change*** *** would not agree to that option and wanted nothing other than a $creditHe went on to explain that per our website, we did not do what we say we doI explained that the website explicitly states, "If Necessary" and those are worst casesFortunately, for *** ***, his case case was not a worst case scenarioDuring the conversation, we had spoke about how we had business in the past and had no issuesHe asked if instead of receiving a refund, if he could receive a credit for future servicesAfter a moment of thought, I said absolutely, not for the full $but we could definitely put a percentage towards future services*** *** advise that he wanted to think over his options of; having our Technician come back for the recommended reservice or receive a percentage credit towards future servicesA few days later, *** *** called our office back and advised that he decided to take the credit option for the $I said that would be fine but it I could not do the full $as I previously stated*** *** became very irritated and said, "Your process does not work" and I replied with, "Our process is tested and proven to remove the urine crystals and the urine smell"His reply was, "say who" and then advised me that he would just let *** handle the situationI advised that was his choice, but my reply to *** would be a copy of the signed credit card slip, the signed work order stating above work was completed to my satisfaction along with the Technician's notes indicating the area rug should be removed for the home for proper treatmentThe next communication I received was the Revdex.com noticeIn closing, we offer the same options; Technician returning at no charge inspecting and if necessary, apply more solution at no charge OR providing a credit towards future services in the amount of $Any questions, please feel free to contact me and please find attached the paperwork for the jobAll supporting documents were faxed to ***Thank youDanielle B***

After nearly years in business we have found out that if a homeowner hangs their own drywall we will most likely have to reset some of the drywall screws because they are not recessed to mud overThe first line in our bid to this client even states "Recessing any drywall screws will be done by the hour'', it would be unfair to guess and maybe over charge a clientOn the first day my crew showed up, my foreman called and said that most of the screws were not recessed and it was going to take days to get them corrected
The husband was the only one staying at the home at the time upstairs out of the work area and was concerned about the additional expense and worked along with my crew recessing the drywall screwsMy foreman also pointed out to the husband additional problems in the way he had hung the drywall, mostly areas where he would use several non factory edge pieces of drywall to use up leftover pieces to save him money, but add additional work for usAll these repairs added additional work for my crew and pushed the completion date backDuring the mudding and taping of the project the husband informed my foreman that his wife now wanted smooth wall and not textured walls as it states in our bid
I explained to the husband that it takes additional coats of mud to have smooth wall to get every thing looking smoothThe hushand said he was not going to pay the additional expense for the smooth walls his wife wanted and it was about that time his wife showed up to the project and was upset she was not getting smooth walls because her husband was not going to pay for itThe wife then decided that she and her family were going to move downstairs into the work area before we were done and that my crew would then have to work around themThe wife then picked her first paint color choice on the internet without get a sample to make sure she would like itWe bought gallons to paint the project area two coats and delivered them to the jobsiteShe did not like herfirst choice and had my employee get her a sample of another color and paint it on the wallShe did not like it either

This customer was serviced on 9/28/15. The Technician and the husband, [redacted] whom was present and approved the cleaning discussed in depth that the carpet was in horrible condition. [redacted] indicated that he and wife were in [redacted] to purchase new carpeting and through discussions with the...

THD Inside Sales Rep, the customers were referred to Chem-Dry. [redacted] advised our team of two Technicians that he didn't want to replace the carpet at this point because, "My kids will mess it up again to where it is now. Our Technician advised that the carpet would be "clean" but that we could not promise that the stains would be removed. In the purple bedroom there was a pile of glue that was stuck to the carpet. There were various food and drink stains throughout the areas being cleaned. Our Technician did advise the customer that he wanted all the stains removed, he would recommend replacing the carpet. Again, [redacted] approved the cleaning and we cleaned the carpets. When [redacted] returned home that afternoon, she called into the office spoke to me demanding a refund for not removing the stains. I explained that we had spoken with [redacted] in depth regarding the permanent stains and that we removed all of the dirt that was in the carpet, and did the best we could with the stains. Our cleaning involves, pre treating of all spots and stains including the high traffic lanes. [redacted] was extremely rude, confrontational and repeatedly kept saying we must think she is stupid. I assured her that is not the case and once again repeated that all of the pre exisitng conditions were discussed in length with [redacted] and the condition of the carpet was very bad.
