They are the worst people that I've ever seen in my life to work with they came and installed some fans and those fans didn't generate any air even the installer was in his ladder very close to the fan he said that he cannot feel any air coming from them so we called them and asked them why did you send those fans if they don't generate any air their answer was because they are cute!!!! And then they said they will call our warranty company to bring another fan and they called us after few hours and said that those fans were working so they shouldn't been placed with the new once (and they sent their inspector previously and said they're not working properly and needs to be replaced) they came to my house and took their fans that they installed and re-installed my old once !!! We called our warranty company and asked them what is going on they said we are going to send somebody else(not carter) to evaluate your fans and another company came and installed a new fans for us (and this time was covered by my home warranty company!!!!) how come the second company replaced them without any headache and carter company did all this mess and my problem now is their "so called fan" made marks on my selling and their guy that came to remove the fans went to Home Depot and tried to patch the marks but the color was so different so I didn't let him cover the mark because it would look so ugly due to a color difference any way tried to call Jessica " she said she's the manager" there she said well nothing I can do for you she gave me the supervisor number his name is Randy he came out to my house and saw my selling and he agreed that there is marks on my selling from his fans that they removed and the color that they patch it with is way too different he said he will send some painter to try to match the color and fox my selling any way after waiting few weeks haven't heard from him so I called him and he said he's not responsible for it and he called my home warranty company and they said they're not responsible for it !!! Well I agree with the warranty company because carter's installer made this mess not them why would they be reliable on somebody's mistake and Randy started making up stories and lies that I don't know were he bring them from he didn't even bother to call me and tell me he's not going to fix it I called him and he said he will not do it and he will not fix it and he is not reliable for it I told him if you're not reliable how come your installer went and got a paint and tried to fix it but the color didn't match he said well I changed my mind now and I'm not going to do
If they are the last company on the planet earth I will never ever deal with them they suck their worker suck and when they come to your house they make a big mess and they leave all the trash on the floor and your furniture and leave their customer service is the worse don't give them any business you will be sorry trust me the suck suck and suck they are the worse business owners and they can't solve any of your problems
