All my invoice entailed was tile shower wall and floorSo I feel like I've done more than I was supposed to alreadyThe homeowner ordered the a vanity that needed additional plumbing, but it was taking weeks to be delivered I told the homeowner that everything would be completed when the vanity was delivered so we could do the plumbing as well to prevent all the going back and forth wasting time This was a result of the homeowner being indecisiveI run a respectful and professional business

screenshots of text messages between MrL*** and myself regarding the work that he was to complete, both the things he was paid per invoice to complete and unpaid along with pictures to the way he left the work incompleteAs the messages show MrL*** stated on multiple times what he agreed to doAt one point after debating with MrL*** about completing the work and discussing another matter regarding the floors before I discovered the crack in the joist he did not inspect (per the invoice her was paid for), I did state to MrL*** that I did not want him to return to my home, but later asked if he would consider completing the job and he stated he wouldAfter he stated he would come complete the work he never came (Nov.22, 2017)I did not here from MrL*** until a month later when he spokeI never replied to him because I was proceeding with filing my complaintIn MrL***'s response he stated he had tried to contact me to complete the jobThe only contact that I received from him was a text on Jan9, which stated "now you know that wasn't right but I kept your messages"Even if MrL*** did not get paid the do the work he started in my walls, his messages show that he agreed to complete the workAs I stated when I spoke with you a completed job/installation of floors would not leave exposed subfloor in any areaPlease let me know if there are any further questions or if you have any issues with the attachments. I had to pay additional money more than once during these projects. The contractor was supposed to have a well planned schedule. I was even told that I was "just picky." I have pictures of everything. I would like to recoup the amount that I will have to pay to complete the bathroom. Also the amount it will cost for the unfinished things from the flooring and sheet rocking. There was even an electrical outlet installed in the wrong place, which I will have to pay to have moved. I just wanted professionalism and the same care he would give his own home. Many times my own supplies were used. That is not typical of contractors. I came home one day to a lamp that would not turn on, only to discover the light bulb had been removed. I guess he was testing the newly installed pendant lights.
