The guest checked out of the room, the housekeeper who was to clean the room noticed a very strong smell of marijuana, she contacted the Head housekeeper (a woman who has worked in this position for over years) who verified there was a strong smell of marijuana in the room.A guest is not charged
only for smoking in the room, directly by the hotel room rental agreement a guest is charged for "smoking or any smell of smoke" in a roomThis was signed and agreed to by the complainant. The room could not be rented that evening, and two housekeepers had to take two hours and use expensive and specific cleaning solutions to clean any and all smoke residue from the roomThis is the validation for the $charge

I was wondering what the process is to get this removed from my bill. Please email me back at [email protected] am now getting calls from Expedia representatives who have apparently recorded you stating you traveled to the hotel on the 17th, but the lights were off, so you chose to go to another hotel.  Regardless of if you chose to stay home, or if you chose not to check in, (whichever of these stories are true) without the permission of hotel management, either of those choices still require you to pay for the hotel room that was being held for you.

I am rejecting this response because:Business did not provide services that were paid for,implied I'm lying because I would not become subservient to their will and is trying to threaten me with legal action as described below.
