Review: I was completely dis-satisfied with the customer service regarding an online order I tried to place

I ordered a part and only received a confirmation that it was placed. After waiting about 3 weeks for the part, I asked the status in which I was told they could not get it any longer. They said they would try to get the part and send it within one week, but soon after I received an email that said the parts person quit and they would not get my part.

I never even received an apology

Just poor service and I wanted everyone to know!Desired Settlement: If my order is not available, then I will get it elsewhere - I just want them to know that this is very poor business practice - particularly when dealing with online orders
