I am writing this review to let you know of a very positive experience with this company. Liberal Fence did an excellent job of installing a PVC vinyl fence for us. The work was professionally done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Their estimate was a good deal lower than all others and they delivered what they promised. Albert is the owner of the company and he is very conscientious, courteous, and customer-centered.
