I am rejecting this response because:Everything in the letter from Allstate Transmissions is falseThey are just trying to save their reputation with the Revdex.comThe person writing the letter was not the person I was dealing with.I sent them a detailed letter showing all the problems I was having and the dates they occurredI knew exactly what I was trying to order and I was using a list from their website whenI called them the first timeIf the parts ordered were wrong, which is the case, then their website needs to be updatedIt would help if they knew the difference between and M-Muncieand an M-Muncie as I was told by two people there that the parts would interchange, which is also false.I have been building cars for years and believe me, I know what I'm doing.This is not slanderIt is reporting problems with this business and their customer service

Gear's parts department assisted customer as best they could not really knowing what the customer needed as he could not relay proper terminology for the items he needed. When we shipped the items out to him we had to drop ship the item from our Vendor. In Leui my vendor sent the customer the incorrect part. Customer never contacted us about that so we had no clue what was going on. Then we receive a letter with a note from customer with parts returned... The customer called the same day or next day about the issue. Don't recall the credit card number being given. Anyways I don't know why the customer didn't contact management about the issue.
