Re-installing a "bad motor" is not an acceptable solution. I believe my motor was fine and am under no assurance that I would get my original working motor back. But I do want a refund for the unnecessary motor.Again, the freon was not tested. If it had been tested, the low levels would have been apparent as I have had to fill the unit with freon in the past. "Pressures" may have been tested - but I specifically asked if the freon level was tested and was assured that the unit was not low on freon. That is simply not accurate as the unit does have a leak and needs to get filled yearly.Also, I was not offered a full refund of the motor cost if I bought a $1900 handler... I was offered a partial refund of $200 ($1700 for the $1900 handler)
