Review: We ordered a custom made kitchen window... We have the receipt... They reqiured we pay in full before window was ordered. We paid in full... The window was not what we ordered. The measurements were right, but the two lite slider windows were missing, there was no open window in the middle, with the two sliders on each end of the window. It was one big slider in the middle that would have to be be put on its side for the sliders to work properly. We should have had the two sliders that went up and down on each end, not the one slider. The manager and staff were rude and didn't even try to communicate. It's your window and your stuck with it. Period. We have a big open hole in our kitchen with a tarp over it and the wrong window. They must have misunderstood what was wanted where the custom windows were made...or [redacted]'s where we ordered it at. The window came into the store 10/28/14, we picked it up on 10/29/14,we called them right away and told them it wouldn't fit. We need a replacement window with the right specs.Desired Settlement: Replace the custom made kitchen window...with the right specs.
