My wife and I recently visited Majestic Stone with the intention of purchasing several tons of pea gravel for a pathway in our gardenWe spoke to [redacted] on the phone who was very business like and personableWe made the mile drive to look at the stone Upon arriving at the store (and even though we asked for [redacted] by name) an older salesperson began talking to us NON-STOPHe insisted that he was going to be our salespersonHe took us outside to the yard and immediately began to try and sell us a bunch of expensive stone and pavers We went back inside the showroom and asked to work with another salesperson We went back into the store and placed our order with another salesperson for delivery the next day After thinking about it that night, we went back to the store the next day to order MORE stoneLong story short - when we arrived , we politely asked the older salesperson if he minded if we worked with someone else - he said quite rudely - YES I DO MIND!!!! As a result, our expected delivery of stone never arrived as promisedThey called at 5pm to offer a refund (even though I waited all day for them to arrive)This is the most BIZARRE buying experience that I have ever hadTHIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ONLY!!!!
