I purchased a pair of combat boots from the Fort Rucker Military Clothing and Sales in September of In September of 2017, one of the lace loops separated from the bootI contacted the company via email with photos of the boot and the issueI was contacted and was asked to send additional photosAfter that, I was instructed to cut out the tongues and mail them for a replacement pair to be sentI received confirmation that the tongues were received and new boots were on the wayAfter some time passed, I contacted the company again to find a status because I had not received the bootsI was told over the phone they were sent to the wrong person and that my boots were on the wayI again contacted the company to get a shipping status and was told that they were waiting on the boots to be returned before sending me my pairAfter receiving the boots, I discovered that they were the wrong colorI originally purchased brown (coyote) which are the only color boot authorized to go
