I have spoken with Mary, explained that UPS does in fact recycle their tracking numbers (which was new to us as well). We are sending her a $gift card and gave her a code for 25% off & free standard shipping on her next online order. She seemed pleased with the

We have worked with our marketing team to determine why Mr*** started getting Carter's brand emails at his work email address. They were able to determine the cause & have corrected the problem. The Consumer Affairs manager, *** ***, has called *** *** and left him a voice mail apologizing for what happened. She also let him know the issue has been resolved. We investigated the Revdex.com complaint for Bruce Gladden, Case #***. We see he placed the order on 10/2/and was within the timeframe for getting expedited shipping. We have issued a refund for the shipping and for the order due to the inconvenience this has caused him. The

This email is in regards to complaint ID *** filed by *** * ***. He was upset to be receiving e-mails from Carter's at his work e-mail address. He had not provided us with the address and wanted to know how we got it. I spoke to Mr*** today, apologized and assured
him we would remove the email address from our mailing list. I did explain he may receive a few more e-mails as it does take a couple of weeks for the emails to stop. Carter's issued a refund of $to *** on February 18th. This is twice the amount, $211.30, she paid for order ***. We have emailed *** again letting her know the credit was for twice the amount of the order and apologized for not being able to reship the

I have stopped receiving emails from OshKosh, but now am receiving solicitation emails from Carter's ([email protected])!!! The same company just rolled my work email address to another one Please have a higher manager/executive level contact me I want a personal guarantee that this will NEVER happen again!!! This is getting ridiculous!

Aqueelah had requested a full refund of $for an order she never received. Carter's has issued credits, $on 4/2, $on 4/& $on 4/27, totaling $to this customer's account. Our online store sent her an email to let her know the final
credit was being put through today. I tried calling the customer but had to leave her a voice mail. In my message I let her know she was being refunded for the full price of the order & that we were sorry for the problem she had.
