This fax is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] regarding order [redacted] The package was delivered to the address provided on 12/2/The customer contacted us via email to change the address to [redacted] after the packageshipped and we were unable to do so.The customer is using a 3rd party freight foJWarder and, after a UPS investigation, it was confirmed that the package was delivered and signed for by the receiving department of [redacted] This company shows locations at both addresses provided We referred the customer to his freightforwarder to assist with the lost package as it was confirmed delivered.We have issued a credit of $to the credit card [redacted] used on this order

This fax is in response to complaint # [redacted] by customer [redacted] on7/30/2015.Our system shows Mr [redacted] placed 1O orders in November of with Carter's and OshKosh B'goshEach order was billed correctlyThe discount that Mr [redacted] was referring to was reflected on the price of each item on the orderFour of the ten orders also had an additional 25% off showing discounts ranging from $to $209.Our online customer service department also sent Mr [redacted] a $gift card in June of for the concerns he had with these orders.This information has been shared with Mr [redacted] and Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh considers this issue resolved

Aqueelah had requested a full refund of $for an order she never received Carter's has issued credits, $on 4/2, $on 4/& $on 4/27, totaling $to this customer's account Our online store sent her an email to let her know the final credit was being put through today I tried calling the customer but had to leave her a voice mail In my message I let her know she was being refunded for the full price of the order & that we were sorry for the problem she had I left my name and number with her so that she could call back if she has any other concernsThank you,*** Consumer AffairsCarter’s / Oshkosh B’gosh [redacted]
